We chose this hotel because it stated it had airport transfer. After trying for over 20 minutes to request airport transfer, we finally spoke to someone from the hotel and they very rudely told us the shuttle was down for mechanical issues and hung up. We then had to go to a different area of the airport to the ride share area to request an uber.

Friendly staff, Emily was really helpful with early checkin n amazon packages. Good breakfast n shuttle service. Only thing they respond quicker with calls than sending messages through expedia.

The facility is conveniently located in central Doral , walkable and safe; However, the room had roaches and other bugs, the rug looked dirty and there was an awful , sewer smell in the hallway that came into the room. The pool looked dirty as well.
They do offer free breakfast and the price is good.

Staff was kind and helpful. They let us check in earlier and love that they have free rides to the airport. Breakfast was delicious. It is near a lot of stuff.

Breakfast is just above basic but often they run out of things during breakfast.
Has things to improve. Lighting in the rooms are VERY low. The pool is too close to the rooms and gets loud at the first floor. The gym is small and minimal.

It is as advertised, a Holiday Inn Express, not 5 star but always consistent. One note is plenty of parking which is sometimes not the case in the Doral area. Housekeeping did great job everyday.

Hotel was clean...staff was friendly...Breakfast was good..except eggs and sausage was cold...pool was ok..nothing great.. Airport transportation was free...which was great...but only operates 6 am until 10 pm...so be aware of that limitation if traveling via plane

Okay stay but the little refrigerator barely worked which was important for my work. Lots of USB connections but about 1/2 didn’t charge. Saw one small bug on a lamp. Had to go find the breakfast people to refill the coffee thermos in the morning. Nothing drastically wrong but typical Miami standards.

Front desk agent Angel was super nice and very helpful. The shuttle driver was also so sweet, just sad I didn’t catch his name.
Breakfast staff aren’t so friendly, they don’t say good morning or anything. Housekeeping was nice.
Pros:
Beds were comfortable, ac works great. Located in a good area close to a lot of things. Pool was ok. Kids enjoyed it so that’s all that matters.
There is plenty of parking and it was only $5 a day.
Cons:
Again breakfast staff aren’t friendly. They don’t give a courtesy of breakfast ending time. And will literally close the kitchen area while people are still in there.

The breakfast is the same everyday. There was no variety. The coffee in the lobby is not kept hot after breakfast hours.
Most of the staff did not speak English, so communication was a bit difficult. Because of the language barrier, some of the staff came off as rude and dismissive.

The guy at the front desk (I didn't get his name. hint- he was bald headed) was accommodating and flexible given that we arrived very early in the morning, gave good advice on getting around.

The only reason why I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle which was promoted on the listing. Upon arrival I was advised that shuttle was operating every hour of the day. When we needed to use that shuttle the following day, the front desk person informed us that the shuttle hasn’t been operating for months due to the truck having issues
