The hotel is a wonderful choice if staying in Kracow! Property and rooms were spacious and clean. We had two rooms one full bed with a walk down bathroom that was beautiful! The second was a room with two twin beds, which had a spacious sitting area and large bathroom. Within walking distance to the square!

Right beside Schonbrunn Palace (across the street to an entrance to the gardens!) and very walkable area. Public transit is across the street. Lovely place to stay outside the city center.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the location is great as your 5 mins away from the underground. The hotel is well kept and the food was delicious. Service was impecible and ready to answer any questions.

Very close to the entrance of the Castle park, zoo, green house and maze. A very short distance from the subway. Lovely family room for 2 adults and 1 child.

I was staying at the hotel for 5 nights and had a great exprience. The hotel was clean and the stuff was really helpfull. The hotel offers a (good but slightly expensive) restaurant and a bar. The room was clean and comfort. The only issue is with the location. To arrive the city center it takes about 15 minutes in a metro, which is ok since the station is near the hotel. But, the hotel area does not offer some basic services like money exchange, and it is hard to find them without going back to the city. Overall I highly recommend taking it.

We had lots of trouble with this hotel key. We had to go to change it 3 times. Eventually they upgraded our room though…. But I wasted my time. Breakfast was good. Some staff told me that the management here is terrible.

Great hotel. Very comfortable bed and easy to use air con. Brilliant location got the U4 metro line into city centre Vienna and loads of attractions. 10 min walk to Schonbrunn Palace and the palace grounds are directly opposite. Lots of café in the area. We will definitely return.

It was such a beautiful and well maintained property. The rooms were very clean & spacious with a balcony. Worth every bit considering the price. Would recommend everyone to book this without any second thoughts. Our room was on the top floor (5th) which made it even more perfect.

Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Cleanliness was far better than most. Breakfast was a wide-ranging delight. Access to metro and services was excellent. So happy with our stay! Would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

This is a fantastic property with great service. I would really like to thank Marina Pashour at the front desk, who checked us in and Alexander Mittermayer, the manager. Both were really friendly and gave great service. This hotel is a gem and across the street from the palace and most beautiful park in Vienna.

It was quiet,just across the is a lindt ice cream parlour and entrance to the summer palace gardens and zoo. The underground station is a short walk away,change at karlstadt for cathedral and center

Stunning hotel at a great location, with excellent facilities and staff!

Really nice hotel away from the crowds of the city center. The palace gardens are literally across the street and the subway stop is right on the corner. It’s very convenient. I had a premium room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The included breakfast is substantial and is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only caution is to remember that Austria is very strict about running AC. It shuts off at night if the outside temperature drops below a certain point. You can’t turn it back on. Opening windows is a must. However, if it becomes warmer at night, the AC will continue to run. Just a heads up since Americans are not used to this. Overall, we were very pleased and highly recommend this hotel.

Several days in Vienna. Loved being out at Schönbrunn. The location of the hotel was great. Easy to get into the city each day.

Old world luxury

we had a low floor, comfortable and clean room for 4 nights, a top floor with nice view facing station for 2 nights, staffs mostly helpful, close to underground station and tram lines, a good seafood restaurant nearby.

Great location only 4 minutes walk to the U4 train into the main city. Staff were friendly and tried to accomodate. We were disappointed that after requesting our room to be serviced, it wasn't and after requesting clean towels, it took a follow up call almost 3 hours later to receive them.

This is a beautiful hotel…nicest place we stayed while in Europe; wonderful rooms and very helpful staff. U-Bonn near by and Schönbrunn entrance just across to street. This will be my go to hotel from now on when in Vienna!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was good. It’s across the street from Schoenbrunn Park and zoo. Beautiful grounds for a walk/jog. Quiet peaceful family friendly area. Great restaurants in the area. The city train station (Hietzing) is across the street. A 10 minute train ride to city center. I reserved a classic room. They are located in an attached back building. Simple, clean and comfortable. If you want a room in the older original hotel you will need to upgrade.

It was a comfortable room near to the subway station and the palace. I enjoyed the various breakfast menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

The close proximity to alot.

It’s a beautiful old building with comfortably large and clean rooms that is very close to a metro station, making it very easy to get around in Vienna. Breakfast and shower were very good. It’s just a pity that the beds weren’t very good (for us at least - in general we like matrasses that are quite firm).

This is an opulent building that has been tastefully modernised. Real Viennese feel to it.Overall it’s a great place to stay for a city break- walking distance from Schönbrunn Palace and an easy metro ride to the city centre. An excellent breakfast to give a great start to your day and a cosy bar for evening drinks. Would highly recommend.

Room is super clean and front desk were always friendly and efficient. Breakfast has variety food - it was only me who don’t like processed meat so I had only twice there. Cleaning crew were a little pushy - that I had quiet signs hung up yet they still come-in, consistently. This morning they tried again just after 8am while the check out time is 12. I guess they were afraid of me dirtying the room…? I take it that they treat their jobs seriously, which is a good thing. Just need to be a little more respectful then a perfect stay.

The room is spacious and very very clean. A couple minutes walking from subway and bus stations, it out of the city center yet an easy reaching hotel. Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast has many choices of food and, quiet a few restaurants around. Also across the street from the zoo and one of the major palaces.
