Overnight Desk Staff was not interested in assisting me at all. He could have put forth some effort but chose not to.

The location is fantastic for a quick 5 minute walk to The Alamo, The Riverside Mall and The Riverwalk.
You pay for parking per day, but your car is behind a gate, so that’s nice!
The breakfast and coffee was delicious! The employees kept it stocked and a clean area.
My least favorite were the beds and pillows. Definitely older beds and pillows. The pullout bed wasn’t clean when we arrived, but they came and cleaned it and replaced the sheets when I called. The pullout bed didn’t have a zipper mattress protector.
All in all, if you’re looking for a location near the river walk without paying higher prices, this is the hotel for you.

Everything was great other than a rusted desk lamp and rusted vent in the bathroom!

Good walking distance from the Riverwalk and Alamo. Found electric scooters and were able to navigate around the area pretty well. Ubers were also close by. Had an SUV with a U-Haul trailer on it, which makes getting around downtowns hard if not usually impossible but this Hampton had parking available and the extra long spots available were perfect.
Room was very nice and clean. We only stayed one night but wouldn't have felt a problem staying longer.

Outstanding hotel staff. They took us in on short notice because we were coming from a lousy hotel. Staff was very nice and the rooms were clean.

Bathroom tub was clogged. We asked for towels and trash removal. they brought towels h9wever had to call back for trash removal. No extra toilet paper on first round. I had to call downstairs to get 2 rolls sent up. No vending machines as listed. We were told we had a choice to purchase from the front desk. two sprites and one apple juice was a total off 12.00. INSANE!

The room is quiet. Looks like a new hotel. Comfy bed, fluffy pillows. Great breakfast buffet. Omelettes, waffle station with plain or blueberry batter, sausage, potatoes plus all the things that you'd find at a Continental breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. Easy walk to shops and attractions

The room was super small for 140$ the coffee machine in the room was broken. Location was good. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was actual good

This hotel was close to most entertainment and shopping. Property was clean staff was always busy early morning and always allowed guests their space. The pool was being maintained by hotel staff but the chemicals were off. The water was salty and didn’t feel clean but with all the heat and people in and out it’s no wonder. Maybe with all the use it’s to be expected it’s hard to keep up. We still swam in it and it did cool us off.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean the bed was not as soft as I would have liked it to be. It has gated parking for 32$ a night Which I thought was very reasonable. Walking Distance to Riverwalk. Over all great hotel. Will stay here again.

Standard rooms have the very basic necessities for staying, not a lot of room to walk comfortably with a small family of 5. Very popular hotel for people staying in San Antonio, very busy. Breakfast was very chaotic at 8-9 am for the waffles waited for over an hour. Overall good stay. Staff was very helpful with everything.

Very noisy sink leaked mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Carpets dirty and contental breakfasts was boring.

I reserved this room downtown due to its “QUEEN” beds & complementary breakfast. This hotel did not have queen beds- we were given double beds & they were extremely uncomfortable, needing to be replaced. Breakfast did not have a good variety. Eggs & sausage were cold. I admit as a family vacation planner, I never write reviews; however, after this hotel stay I needed to let the public know my opinion & experience. I have stayed at plenty of hotels in downtown San Antonio & will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

Some of the front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Not all of them were rude but two employees in particular were. Room was very nice and I enjoyed everything else about my stay.
