Light switch cover not installed, bathtub had black mold, bathroom sink had nothing to prevent items from dropping down the drain. I appreciate the fact they allow pets however the way our dog was smelling the bedspread it seems like they don’t wash it between customers. The breakfast was minimal, no hot food, no fruit a chairs were on the tables, this was at 730 am. They didn’t to seem prepared or care.

The staff were very nice. The room was DIRTY! We were actually supposed to stay two nights but after night one I couldn’t stay.

The room appeared to be mostly clean. The outside was not. Really falling apart. Needs complete remodel. Stairs and halls were filthy. Pool was not up.

It was the most unpleasant experience in any hotel we have been to around the United States. The place, starting from the front, the unfriendly receptionist, the area with an unpleasant smell. The room was dirty from every angle, dirty sheets, dirty floor, dirty walls and doors, the TV did not turn on, the electrical installation was faulty. We had to use our t-shirts as pillowcases because of how unhygienic they looked. In the morning we did not even want to shower because of how dirty it looked. They have an advertisement outside the hotel about how good and abundant their breakfast was, and the only thing they offered was coffee, juice, bread and yogurt. We will not stay at any hotel in the chain again.

Just a room, was staying there to catch early morning flight, room comfortable and clean, no problem. Main reason I stayed there was the price and they had airport shuttle service.

At check in we were assigned to room 117. They had the air conditioner set at 60 degrees. We readjusted to 70 and the room started to smell really bad. There was a huge urine stain on one of the white bedspreads. There were really gross stains on the floor and when we looked at the bathroom we were really disgusted. There was mold on the walls. The bathtub was dirty and the vent/fan was discussing. There was a dead bug in the toilet and 2 bugs flying around and they weren’t flies. We grabbed our stuff and went to our truck. I turned in the keys and told the guy we couldn’t stay there and advised him of the room condition. He asked if he could show us another room and we did look. It was better but still not very good. This hotel needs a major remodeling. Everything needs to come out and replaced. I will definitely not stay at this place. I would have rather paid over $200 for a room somewhere else.

The facilities were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were gross.

This was the most disgustingly filthy hotel I have ever stayed in. My shoes stuck to the carpet. The smell was awful. I had no towel and 1 washcloth in the bathroom. No hot breakfast as advertised, just a paper bag with some snacks. There are people living in cars in the parking lot. If I had arrived earlier and had a car, I would have left and found a different hotel.

Room was clean. Definitely needs updating.

Breakfast was a sack bag with a yogurt, apple, bar and muffins.

No coffee in room, ice machine broken, blankets paper thin and breakfast was a sack lunch consisting of a chewy bar, yogurt, banana and muffin. I stayed here before and it was fine but the place has went to HELL ! I’ll never stay here again !!!

The room smelled of dog pee, the sheets were threadbare and the room did not feel clean. Stains on the furniture and carpet. The shower did not function properly and would not get hot, only lukewarm.

Very uncomfortable experience. I should have trusted the negative reviews. Carpets were literally filthy - vacuumed but have never been steam cleaned, sheets were stained, bathroom trim/corners haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in ages - a build up of brown gunk in every corner, mold on bathroom ceiling, continental breakfast was a lunch sack containing yogurt, a packaged muffin and an apple, ONE wash cloth, ONE hand towel and TWO towels for three people - when I asked for enough linens for three people I was offered ONE towel and ONE wash cloth, bed was fairly saggy, the single chair in room was ripped in several places and layers of vinyl had peeled off, front desk staff not friendly and lobby had an unpleasant smell. Two miserable nights - and never ever again!

Our queen bed was the size of a double. Room needed cleaning and updating. The carpet was disgusting. Our the pool was closed in August.

It was filthy and gross. Need of repair and smelled very bad. Carpet is beyond cleaning. It needs to be replaced. Air conditioning very loud. Baseboard need repaired or missing. Ect Ect

The tub was dirty.

Hole in wall from door hitting, the handles on the dresser were broken. No towels in room had to ask for rhem. No hangers in closet. When took shower water was luke warm, therefore only took one shower. Bed was comfortable, but other bed cover was dirty didnt sleep on that one.

BEWARE! Definitely not as advertised. Other than the hotel losing our reservation. The hotel is super sketchy. The parking lot had sketchy people hanging out in it. The people out side in the parking lot was loud, crude and nasty. The rooms were only half way cleaned at best. The bathrooms had mold/mildew in the showers and around the toilet of both rooms we had. Had it not been 10 pm. when we checked in we wouldn't have stayed at all. I had booked the stay for 2 nights but after my daughter stated that she didn't fill safe staying there. I canceled our stay and we found a different hotel. The management didn't seem to care at all about our complaints.

Poor condition of room and property. No fire alarm. Cracks in bathtub and tile floor. Ice machine not working. Ice from laundry storage area came from refrigerator that was full of mold and not sanitary. Refrigerator had not been defrosted in years. Did not make up room for second day stay. The toilets in 2 different rooms would not flush properly, the continental breakfast was frozen packaged sandwiches definitely a disappointment a true continental breakfast Is scrambled eggs with sausage /bacon toast . Orange juice had finished no replenishment. I have never had such terrible service with a sloppy stay and no consideration of at least some compensation for ALL the INCONVENIENCE.

The room was dirty, bedding and towels had stains on them. The bath tub has deep and ground in stains. The walls needed to be cleaned and washed. There are stains throughout the carpet. The freezer part of the refrigerator was frozen over with a brown substance inside the ice. The toilet kept running and didn't flush properly without taking the lid off the tank and adjusting the float. The ice machines on property did not work and a sign saying to go to the front office to get it. The front desk attendant took me to a back room to refrigerator and told me to just grab some out of an open bag. I would have expected a lower price for a hotel that has not been maintained in years. Probably the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in 30 years of staying in hotels.

It was dirty! The tile grout was brown, the toilet wasn’t very clean and one of the soaps had already been opened( gross!). Sheets were clean thankfully and the pillows weren’t even full sized. Pretty disappointed.

The pictures do not match the current state of the property. Our room was dirty, smelled of smoke, shower was clogged the entire stay, beds were old, stinky and gross, staff was incompetent. The only positive was a large parking lot and the downside was that there were several cars with people sleeping in it which left us with an unsafe feeling. We began to wonder if the people in the cars preferred staying in there than their rooms, which I could agree with. They also overcharged us for 3 days, first $20 over charge then $40 for last two days. Worst hotel ever.

I have stayed at this Days Inn many times, and this was the first time that there were no cups in the room, there was no blanket on one of the beds, there was a coffee maker but no coffee pot or coffee in the room. I went to speak to someone about this and could not find anyone. there was a sign on the desk saying we are out helping other people.

I was told I booked a handicap room. I was ok with this at first. The room smelled terrible. I didn't use the room that much that evening. My socks were black from the carpet. I showered the next day and checked out a day early. Staff was rude and told me I could only cancel my following day's reservation the following day between 8 and 12 when I called that evening.

We booked this location last minute as we had a 5am flt. So didnt have time or cell service to looks at the reviews. I cant even believe they are getting away with renting these rooms. The floors and carpet wer sticky. We asked to to moved duevto thecamount of mold on the shower wall and bath tub. The tub wouldn't drain. It smelled. Tgey did iffer us anothervroom which wasnt much better. I did not sleep at all whatcwith the shouting alarms going off multiple times in the night. Not to metion my fear that we might be sleeping on bed bugs.if we had not gotten there later than expected and had a 5am flt i would have totally gone somwhete else. We scheduled a shuttle to take us to the airport for 3:55am and were very nervous whe at 4:10 our driver was still not there. This place needs to have a health inspection we would never stay here again. I wish i had thought to take pics but it was late and we were very tired. Im thankful we only had to stay a few hours.

Not sure where to begin. Room had one towel and one washcloth. No cleanings in Kleenex box. Refrigerator freezer was completely Frozen over. The carpet was absolutely filthy. The tub shower was blocked up and had water up over my ankles. There was no hot water basically lukewarm. The bed was a joke I rolled into the middle of the bed pad. In the area where I parked the asphalt had cigarette buds laying on the ground everywhere rather disgusting. Not sure but I may be leaving something out. Regardless it was not a good experience. I was rather surprised in that I have stayed at Days inns in the past and never experienced such a disgusting stay. Thanks for asking about my stay.
