the night itself was good buyt the check out was horrible the morning ladies had no respect what so ever and because i had a lil bit of make up on towl and because even tho i smoked outsided they tried to tell me that i smoked and so i got charged for it

Wonderful all around, I will be making plans to return. All my shopping and other locations were close and convenient. Clean, quiet. Very satisfied.

It was awful during one morning we were having breakfast the manager approached my husband in front of everyone and started telling him that we are expected to leave at check out ,but was very rude and telling my husband to shut up , because we had a few family members visit us , witch does not say we can not have visitors , my three sisters came by to visit me at separate times , with there husbands , she was saying that we had ten people staying in our room ,which was fake it was just me and my. Husband , she was very rude to us and at check out she inspected our room and refused to give us the deposit because the towels were dirty , whitch was from the bathroom floor, so the refused to give us our50 deposit

My google said I was in las cruces but I was still in Albuquerque didn’t reali.e I book. Try to chance right away and the hotel said I had to contact you could get thru If you look on my account you will see i rebooked immediately.

It was old, fleas, no clock & would not stay at another one of these hotels.

Old motel showing its age. First room had toilet that tipped over. Second room noisy and had issues with door closing. 3d room just right and in quieter area. Manager and service super (Larry) were wonderful. They located a lost insulated cup and sent it to us at home!

Very friendly customer service, updated rooms and very affordable. In a safe area of Las Cruces with an outdoor pool to beat the desert heat.

I keep coming back here because the staff is so nice and the rooms are very reasonably priced. It is not the nicest hotel in Las Cruces, but it is by far the best value. The breakfast is good and the staff is always courteous and make a big difference in your stay.

I enjoyed my stay as always. The man at the front desk during check in was very kind and attentive. The poor check out girl had to deal with pushy tweakers and still had a great attitude and was very kind. They are doing a great job.

Always have a nice stay. It is atypical to hear things thru the walls, but all in all I felt like my stay went fairly. No issues to report besides once coming and there was a water issue and I had to leave to find something to do in between the timing and no one called me to inform me that it was handled. Otherwise the trip went as expected. I would return once I was in the area.

This hotel has been refurbished, it has a more modern look on the inside that you can't necessarily tell from the outside. The Friday night stay was a little louder with parties and such. The staff was really polite and the continental breakfast was very good. Depending on where you're from, the neighborhood might not be ideal. Overall, the place is really nicely refurbished.

Okay place to stay at. It is right next to the highway but we didn't experience any noise issues. Easy to get in or out. Quick check in. Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast is very limited, boiled eggs, waffles, toasts, and packets of oatmeal.

Check in was awful it was difficult hotels. Com didn’t wanna pay or hotel was charging too many fees in top of hotel price I paid $200 for one night at days inn cuz of extra fees

The beds are a bit dated and squeak, especially in Room 147. Great service and secured.

The room was clean and fresh. Fridge and microwave in room was convenient. Lots of towels and very comfortable. Nice pool and picnic area. If you're sensitive to noise from an AC when sleeping bring earplugs.

The inn was great lived hours clean the pool was kept.
My only concern were the linens seemed old and stained from long time use. The white sheets were not quite white anymore.
All the staff were helpful and kind. Thank you to all the staff for making the stay just that much more pleasant.

We had the worst night. There was so many homeless people the cops were called and someone had small kids running back and forth @1am trying to open our locked door. The staff was friendly professional and kind but it’s unfortunate we didn’t get to enjoy any of the accommodations (breakfast/coffee/pool) we had to leave asap for our safety.
