Lisa and Jesus were fantastic. The time were clean and will maintained! The staff were so accommodating and friendly.
Things were run down by the previous owner. The new owner doesn't seem to have enough staff or money to keep up with demand

Booked the property requesting a downstairs/disabled room or elevator access and they told me they didn’t have either and to cancel my reservation. I did so, including contacting booking.com and was still charged. Had to go to the motel to get my refund. The front desk guy was RUDE and the maid had to tell him to stop ignoring me and fix my problem. She even called the owner to come to the office to fix the problem. Which the owner did and was very nice.

Very sparse bfast and the employee in there monitoring us so we didn't take more than she thought we should was very distressing

They gave us a room , after they said we didn't have a room.
The door to the room wasn't closed, and when reporting this the check in clerk says maintenance is in a bad mood so our door stayed open the whole stay.

The customer service was Awesome 👌🏼 the young lady was very helpful.
Many things in the room were left incomplete getting fixed and I had to use a towel to cover the pillow since it didn't have a pillowcase. It has a nice outside look but dated inside.

It was dirty, nasty, unclean. There were other customers who left for the same reasons. The stay looked dirty and unwilling to help. The staff looked upset when people complained about the rooms. VERY NASTY PLACE TO STAY!!
Room was dirty and smelly, Floor was dirty, there was no shower curtain. The sink would clog up when used. Very bad place to stay.

People were in and out the hotel doing drugs and drinking inside and outside of the hotel , plus it was dirty outside the hotel . Poor business looks run down.

Front of house staff very friendly . Breakfast was lovely with very nice girl refilling supplies at your request .

bathtub was cracked so bad it cut my foot. people in room above ours up all night stomping on floor and making noise. sketchy people outside all night just hanging out in parking lot.
