Television didn't work. No hot water in shower. No soap for shower. Odd green light was on all night. Noisy.

Within walking distance of UO but you have to cross Franklin which is a busy street. Nice hotel and reasonable except for Family and Move-in Weekends. Seems typical for all hotels in Eugene on these weekends though.

Really nice property and staff. Location is very closed to shopping, dining areas and overall we felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was good as well as the indoor pool and gym

Very convenient for access to UO campus, easy to get to and pretty quiet. Beds and pillows not the most comfortable, but it did the job for the one night I was there.

Cameron at the front desk was amazing! He went above and beyond for us and was the definition of customer service. The manager Marion? Was an absolute nightmare. My fiancé's parents had ants in their room that got all over food for a wedding we were in the area for and the manager wanted to move them at 11 pm. This escalated and the manager had her parents trespassed on the property without allowing them to have breakfast. The manager then asked if I was staying in room 137 and my response was no I'm in room 147. The manager then told my fiance I lied to her and said I told her I did not know them. That is not true. I answered the question I was asked. That manager then told my fiance her parents called 5 times during the night which is not true they called once or twice. The management does not have proper training in customer service or de-escalating. To try and hold us responsible for another rooms issue is completely uncalled for. Ants throughout their room is a justifiable complaint, especially when food for a wedding gets ruined because of the condition of the room. Homeless were allowed to breakfast with the guests. When i pay that much for a room I expect the condition of all the rooms to be the same. I also would like to have breakfast with my family without the smell and look of homeless getting into the food for guests while trying to enjoy my time with my family.

Limited parking in front of the room, have to park far away to the room. Shower head waterflow is very weak.

Outstanding customer service, clean and welcoming atmosphere. It was an easy walk to UO campus!

Friendly and convenient.

Great staff at check in. Friendly. At first I was nervous since it’s a motel style and the room is very basic. Like 2.5-3 star. But then you consider the location and convenience. Can walk to u of o and Starbucks. Parking is free and easy. Ate the end of my 4 nights I liked it and would stay again since it’s so easy my son can walk to it and meet me which he did.

The one issue was that the remote didn't work. There were instructions for it that said only the arrow can change channels. There was no arrow. I tried all the buttons, nothing worked.

They are very short staffed and we weren’t able to check in to an hour late. Then we paid for a “suite” and the bathroom fan/light was so loud it was bothering everyone else. Shower water was hot and cold , bed was hard and l lots of spiders and bugs everywhere. The only think that was good was the location.

Breakfast was excellent- eggs, candied sausage, sausage gravy & biscuits, bagels, muffins, cereal, pancake maker, all the milks (dairy, oat, almond, soy), juice and more. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. They have a pool, sauna, laundry area, coffee & tea 24 hrs. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Only stayed one night. Centrally located and easy to get to. Lots of local food/dinner options nearby. Breakfast in the morning was simple but very well executed and exactly what we needed.

Definitely a great place to stay. Room was very cleaned and love that it’s very modern. Very quiet outside and very comfortable beds. Gym, pool, and laundry onsite. Walking distance pizza place and other Mexican restaurants. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Great front desk service! Cameron let us check in more than 3 hours early, accommodated our request for rooms right next to our friends, and grabbed napkins for us from the breakfast room when we had a pizza delivered. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and of course the front desk had one for us. Pool and patio area was very nice and was a relief from the rare 100°+ weather that we were having during our visit. Breakfast was typical but clean and well run and organized. They also let us remain parked in the parking lot three hours after checkout so we could attend our event. Anytime that we walked in to the lobby we were greeted within seconds.

The property and staff were great. The breakfast was well stocked. The construction nearby made it a little harder to access but if you’re fine driving 10 minutes to downtown to save money this is a great option.

Loved the Family Suite for our family … would stay here again! Clean and quiet place to stay, close to restaurants and shopping also.

We chose this hotel because it was in close proximity to Hayward Field. Truly about a 5-7 minute walk! Several restaurants are within walking distance. We opted for a room with a balcony/river view. Quiet location. It was upstairs and there isn’t an elevator. I door pool and the gym has 1 bike, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, hand weights, tv, water, and towels. Buffet style breakfast was decent. Friendly staff. Room was good size with comfortable beds. Clean. Walking/bike/running trails begin around the corner. Pet friendly. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in room 220. The door was open when we returned from dinner. Thankfully nothing was taken. The door does not latch properly.

It was older but they had done a nice update. The beds and pillows were great for how we like them. The air conditioner worked well. The staff was amazing and always helpful and went out of their way. It was so easy to walk to Hayward field. About 5-7 minutes. There was a Starbucks about 2 blocks away and a few little restaurants.
