No cups for drinking and no hair dryer. Mattress was was worn down.

This place is a filthy dump. I checked back out within 10 minutes of being there. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, every linen in the room was stained (even the towels), and there were bugs everywhere. When I checked back out there were pitbulls in the lobby. The photos on the website are nothing like the condition of the place. The lady working the front was very apologetic. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Heater keypad broken. Whole room needs renovation. Bedspread stained. Hair in towels. Omg!!!!!! Tv not working. ! I would like a refund.

We walked in and so many dogs and unclean humans around. In the front office a lady was on her phone plugged in picking at her sites and putting on the floor. We went to our room and when we opened the door the smell was unlike anything I have ever smelled before. We did walk in and we were unable to stay in the room for more than 30 seconds. We went back to check in and was offered another room we could not stay there. I was given a refund. I do not recommend staying here. Hotels.com should take off their site.

1. Something smell smoking that I know that someone who have smoked. We are not comfortable to smell. 2. TV is ok but too slow to open the channel and not have information card 3. No blowing dry. 4. All the pillows inside are cleaning and too flat

It was quiet compared to some hotels we have stayed in. The most complaint we had is the wood floors are dirty. After a few hours walking on the floors, the bottoms of our socks were very dirty. I did notice hairs on the edge of the floor near the wall in the bathroom. The hairs were there when we first got into the room. Also hangers were missing off the clothes rack. We did have one hanger we brought with us. We brought our own clothes iron, there was not one in the room. I do not know if one came with the room or it had to be requested. There were some stains on the bedspread from previous people. The sink faucet was a little loose, we made sure we were careful when we used it. There was a hole in the wall that someone had shoved a paper towel or kleenex in the hole. It was a allright room to stay in for just one night except for the dirty floors. We should have wore our shoes. The room smelled like pee when we first walked in and the smell lingered the whole night. We did not know where the smell was coming from because the toilet was not dirty.

The Red Roof Inn was horrible. The place was very dirty. We stayed in room 147 and it smelled just like WET DOG. The bathtub needs to be replaced, because it has been neglected. The toilet needs to fixed. We stayed Wednesday, August 21 to Sunday, August 25. We had no other choice. NEVER AGAIN

For what it is I would say it’s a pretty decent motel. My bedsheets had stains on them and there were some leftover stale chips around the microwave they didn’t clean up but besides that for what it was it was decent.

Strange characters working behind the counter at the front desk

When I went to check in... front desk lady was very unwelcoming, not saying any hi or hello to guest ...she was eating pizza, seems like she is so annoyed. Room smells horrible, there was flies inside room .. bathroom don't have any hand soap nor any other soap at all. Floor was dirty.

The area seemed a little sketchy. Basic hotel room for a quick one night stay was fine.

Small room, dirty beds, no fridge

They resurfaced the motel, but the new white bedding was stained and the hotel was dirty. Bathrooms behind the door, the door were filthy. Parking lot was covered in trash. Some unsavory characters around. Staff were kind and helpful. Don’t believe the professional photos.

The front desk staff were great to deal with. However the rest of the property not so much. There was trash in the parking lot and all around the grounds. The room was not clean at all, in fact there was so much dust on the lights above the bed we dusted them off ourselves. There were also cigarette holes in the comforter which was strange for a non-smoking room. The bedding also had stains on the bottom edges. Just not good!

Room is bad condition

The bed was comfy and sheets/ towels new and clean, but the room is worn out and I refused to use tub/shower because it was yucky.

The room we stayed in was absolutely filthy. Dirty bedding and carpets. There was no shower curtain so when the shower was used water goes all over the bathroom. Half the lights in the room didn't work. There was no ironing board to go with the broken iron that leaked all over the floor when you use it. Horrible experience. Will never go back.

After an exhausting day I was looking forward to a hot shower and sleep. Evidently, I received neither because they gave my room away and were sold out. Front desk basically told me too bad and they did that a lot that day. It look like such a dump that I wasn’t that upset. All others were sold out so I drove six hours home.

This place ia barely fit for homeless people. Room was completely filthy with white splotches everywhere, dried blood on the walls, dead bugs everywhere, smelled like feces abd throwup, the shower caulking was coming off and had mold growing out of the cracks, 2 shampoo bottles in yhe shower and one smelled like bleach the other like elmers glue - both clearly not shampoo. A/c u it was broken. No tv remote. Managements response : the shampoo is different qualities and we will see what we can do about the rest.
