Upon entering our room we quickly realized it was not like the rooms advertised on their website. Somewhat similar but definitely not what I signed up for. Very old and outdated, dirty from being used for 50+ years. The bath tub looked like a murder scene. Speaking with the front desk, the very young employee didn’t seem to care. Offered a “bath mat because the tubs need resurfacing.” That was not going to fix how completely misrepresented the room is online. She gave me another room to look at, which was just as bad. Upon reading Google reviews we realized everyone was having the same experience and that management didn’t care. We didn’t push the issue further because we knew we wouldn’t get anywhere. With a small child it wasn’t worth keeping him waiting after a 4 hour drive. However I will definitely not be back and make it known how terrible this stay way. It was very dirty, outdated, beds were awful. Café was absolute trash quality for outrageous prices. I literally feel like I threw money away in this hotel. Oh and there is not handicap accessibly throw the hotel to the beach. Multiple different staircases but not one ramp. We’d have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the beach. Sauna was a joke. About 3X3ft, hardly working. Can’t check out a towel from the pool without giving up your room key.

Had room on first floor next to outdoor restaurant when it closed music kept playing finally went to front desk at 1am and they said they were having trouble turning it off around 130 it stopped made sure next night the music would be off. Beds were very hard and pillows weren’t comfortable either no usb port in room to charge phone

There was mold in the shower around the shower rod on the wall. Tub floor very slippery and almost fell twice. Housing keeping did not have wash clothes. Toilet seat was loose. Cleaning staff hard to communicate with because nobody on the floor speeking English. Hall lighting was horrible. Could not read the key card. Power to the headboard lights was unplugged.

I am happy with the choice. Place was clean and cofortable. I placed a reservation for 2 queen beds. The room had 2 full beds. Did not felt like complaining at the time. Not sure I will book again

Fantastic hotel for families. Beach access, amenities are disability friendly, lots of activities for the kids.

We love that the hotel has both an indoor and an outdoor pool. It is also steps away from the beach. There are many excellent places to eat close by.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as this is an older building. Very Impressed! We had a ocean front room. loved it!

Hotel is well maintained.

The weather was fabulous. Beach access was great! Kids LOVED the ice skating rink. My husband was happy with my booking the Carousel. We all enjoyed the property. If you are a pool person, the height of the hotel shadows the pool a bit.

The property needs to be updated and the bathrooms are disgusting.

The staff overall were very good. Especially top tier was Lindsay at the pool bar/grill - never seen anyone multitask like she can and be so friendly all the while!

It is definitely for families with young children not for an older couple

Property was ok. Cleaning staff hardly came to clean room. Room was not sanitized. A lot of the staff weren’t nice to my two toddlers.

My family and i had such a wonderful time. Everything we needed was right here at the hotel. We will be coming back next year!

The staff are probably some of the nicest kindest people which makes it hard to give a bad review. But there is so much mold and rust im the bathrooms and kitchen area. Walls are definitely dirty and very old amd outdated. They should be charging half of what they do.

Family oriented.

We only stayed for a night. Room was ok nothing spectacular. The hallways were dated and dirty. I would stay again for the night while passing thru.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed just about every minute. The ice skating show was very enjoyable, restaurant food was excellent and there were plenty of activities for the grandkids. Lots of cars, but they were well set up for it utilizing a nearby parking garage. Convenient to several shops, though it’s on the (slightly) quieter end of the island. Plenty of beach, though we spent the week dodging an hurricane, so not much sun time for the week, plus you pretty much have to bring your own chairs and umbrellas/windbreakers. Overall, a fun stay and a great time.

We are return customers that stay often. The family loves the hotel. It is a great experience with it’s close proximity to the beach, ice skating rink, indoor and outdoor pools, bar/restaurant, and great views!

Nice place to stay with the family. Plenty of activities for kids, an indoor and outdoor pool, and access to the beach! Even though there were only 4 elevators for 22 floors, they were fast and we rarely had to wait long. The parking lot was usually full, but the parking garage was just across the road and had plenty of open spaces. A grocery store and several food options were just across the main road. Overall, it's a decent place to stay for the price.

We enjoyed the food, location, pool and beach. Cezar, Lindsey and Robert are friendly and great at their jobs! You are missing out if you dont stop in and say hello to them at the Bamboo lounge or the outdoor bar! Filip at the outdoor restaurant was also top notch.

It is an oceanfront property. Even though I didn't have an oceanfront room, I could see the ocean from my balcony. Room were very spacious for 2 people. Air conditioner made a loud squealing noise as it was cutting off, but it was not that big of a deal. Definitely hope to return.

Stay was okay, staff was friendly and rooms were clean, but some furniture and other things were not.. the hotel needs updating hot tub did not work, and neither did the air conditioning unit in the room.
