I didn’t stay. My room scared me. I thought at any moment bugs were going to pop out on me. The dishwasher and stove was dirty, cabinets were broken or missing doors, no cover for the bed. Shower head has metal piece disconnected from the wall. Dead bugs were plastered on the walls. TV didn’t have a remote, couch has scratches and burn marks and the room had no tissue. Went to the office, to no avail there was no help. So my significant other went and ordered a refund while I found us another place to reside for the weekend.

They canceled our booked rooms and when we arrived they didn’t have room available!!! We had booked a 3 night stay, called and cancelled the first night with lady at front desk, that it was only a 2 night stay and would see them on Friday. Everything was straight. We showed up and said we didn’t show on Thursday,so they canceled our rooms!! Luckily Wyndham hotel saved our trip! Never stay here! Looked trashy and were very non professional!

This used to be one of my favorite places to stay in Greensboro. It sucks now. At check in, I was told that the tub drained slowly and there were a few insects in the room. Why would anyone rent out a room that was not in good condition? I only planned to sleep in the room, so didn't think too much of that. I was late for my event when I checked in, so I left my bag on the desk chair and went back out the door. There was no living room furniture, no utensils, pots, pans, dishes or anything in the kitchen. When I came back to the room, I saw a huge cockroach/water bug crawling on the bed. I got my air bed out of my car and blew it up so I could try to get some rest. I tossed and turned all night. The smell in the room was bad. The bathroom door had been broken and barely repaired. I was really disappointed that they would rent out a place where a family obviously lived at some point. Right outside the door, both lights were out. The property was NOT well lit at all. The receipt I received did not show the amount I paid and when I asked for a correct one at checkout, I was told that 3rd party uses their own credit card and pays them less than the amount I paid. I intend to speak with someone at hotels.com about that. The bottom line is that room should have never been rented. It is not a place where anyone can get a good night's sleep. Between the smell and the fear that a giant bug will crawl on you, it's crazy that they still have it available for rent.

Awful. The worst Hotel experience I’ve ever had! The first room didn’t have AC. And I don’t mean it wasn’t working, I have reason to believe it wasn’t even hooked up. No display on the thermostat. The box fan left in the room was another clue. They gave me another room. It was supposed to be non- smoking. It reeked of smoke, had ashes in the drawers and burns on the curtains. The room was FILTHY, roaches were crawling, there were MOUSE traps. The walls were smeared with dirt and the bathroom door was broken/smashed like someone was locked inside and tried to get out. There was only a flat sheet on the beds and no trash cans in the room. The grounds were dirty and unkept, there was a LOT of suspicious activity, including cars racing through the parking lot. I did not feel safe. I immediately decided to cancel my stay and move to another hotel. The front desk was NOT helpful. I will not return to this property and I will recommend to anyone who visits to stay away as well.

The room was large with a kitchenette, and will say that it was clean. There were people living there long term, and it is not ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay for travellers. It was very run down and the rooms need remodelling. The worst thing was that we didn't even have a bathroom door which was appalling and embarrassing for my husband and I when we wanted to use the toilet. Wouldn't recommend staying there as it was the worst motel we have had in a long time. The staff in the lobby were friendly thoughl.

The stay was unsatisfactory. The shower broke bugs everywhere and the manager had an attitude. I didn't even stay. I left the night I checked in and didn't come back because they claim they had no other room. They could put me in as the manager put it. We're not going to be jumping rooms.. so I stay zero nights for them two nights and never plan to go back again. I checked into the Belmont hotel across the street to finish out my stay.

We booked three rooms for an overnight stay. Received confirmation emails. Drove over 500 miles, seven hours to attend a funeral. Within thirty min of the hotel, called to see if we could check in early to change clothes and were told there were no rooms available. The clerk said she "forgot to call to tell us". I pulled up the site and it indicated there were still rooms available! Really disappointed!

Everything was good

I was hopeful with this property because it had excellent reviews for cleanliness. All the bad ones seemed to be about a mass cancellation for a wedding party... This place is not clean. The only clean thing is the linens. The place has not been renovated or updated since it was built decades ago. Everything is original, in horrible shape, broken, and disgusting. I will say the staff was very friendly. And I did meet the new manager who knows the state of the property and had the decency to look ashamed about it. He did inform me that they are undergoing a renovation project for 20 rooms. I did see evidence of this. I hope that in a couple of months they will have some nice rooms to offer guests. But I won't be staying here again.

When we arrived, our reservation had been cancelled the night before by a person named Janet. Both the manager and the employees looked for a solution and got us a room. But the facilities are in subhuman conditions. The room had a bad smell, was dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable. The place urgently needs a remodel. But I have to recognize the kindness and empathy that both the manager and the employees felt in helping us.

Did not get to use the property. Said they were overbooked. Was not notified until we got there. No communication

Have never felt so unsafe in my life. Was getting stalked by random men looking through our windows. Checked in and immediately checked out once we saw that we were getting watched. Felt like they were scouting to either rob or sex traffic. Do not stay here!!!!!

Ok for a quick LAST MINUTE stay.

I arrived at 11:15 PM after having a delayed flight I was unable to check in. Had a fine alternate housing.

it’s great for people who like Direc access to their door in a kitchen so they can cook for themselves. Especially for family.

Felt very unsafe. Plywood covering a door, shattered window, and our room had poor lighting and tore up couch covers.

I didn’t like that the room was a no smoking room and when I walked in it smelled of nothing but cigarettes!

This property was full people partaking in questionable behaviors, sec workers, and illicit substances. I did not stay here after checking in as it was unclean and unsafe! I would not recommend booking here!

No the cab driver took me to Hotel 6 and I tried trying to call the phone number and they had no record of my name or phone number but somehow I got the bill emailed to me even though I never checked in. Wanted to go to you guys but they said no record so I ended up staying at Hotel 6. Does this happen to you guys all the time?

There's was nothing to like it's the worst hotel I have ever seen and been to that will not ever happened again the room was horrible I have photos to prove outside dogs mess on the ground people walking smoking practically no clothes drinking looks like drugs infected night before we leave police crime tape off we don't know what was going on all we wanted to do just leave we could not get another hotel that was pleasing if no room super expensive it's was our anniversary and birthday big disappointment

As soon as I pulled into the property i was completely turned off but i chose to give them a chance. There is trash all over the property, debris and broken down cars. As soon as I got in the room the smell was horrible and the room needed some obvious repairs. Overall it just looked run down.

It's a shame I couldn't get a refund. The door to our room was already wide open when we got there. There was obvious smoke stains in a smokeless room. There were bugs everywhere. I'm not sure how it's still open. The woman at the desk was more than friendly but the room was atrocious
