4 day stay , TV never worked, no one seems to care . Otherwise bed was super comfy & hot hot shower.

The reviews online say "unsafe" repeatedly, and boy is that accurate! My advice, DO NOT COME HERE AFTER DARK! Lets get down to the core of the issue here; the bar. Open to the public, this super low end dive bar attracts the crowd you hear about on the Monday morning news. We were greeted in the parking lot by bar patrons sitting on their cars openly drinking and smoking pot, giving us the ultimate "you don't belong here" stare down as they followed us over to where we parked our car. Gangster rap music was on full blast, quite literally shaking the walls of the hotel, coming from inside the bar and out! The room was disgusting, flies everywhere in the bathroom, I wouldn't wash my dog in the shower (and there's PLENTY of dogs on the property!) The furniture has cigarette burns everywhere, the carpet had literal blood stains, there was some sort of animal nest on the balcony, and there was cigarette ash in all the drawers in the room. If you have kids, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great location, super comfortable bed & plenty of hot water . 4 day stay , I told them the TV was broken the first hour I was there , never addressed, no TV the whole stay .

I booked a stay here because you offered free breakfast and I like that and all the hotels I go to because at least I save a little money on breakfast, but all you offered was coffee and I was very surprised and upset for that reason I won’t be coming back. Everything else was good, but I think that’s false advertisement. You can have a muffin apple banana bowl of cereal something you know if he’s offered pre-breakfast something should be offered beside coffee.

Hotel was loud and dirty. Fridge was dirty, tv didn’t work.

The "most handicapped accessible room " did not have bars beside the toilet and my walker couldn't fit in the bathroom door because the door wasn't wide enough.

This is one of the WORST hotels I have stayed in!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

We are on day 19 of staying in a king suite room at this hotel between moves. All and all it has worked well for us due to having a spacious room, balcony that overlooks a courtyard of sorts that I imagine was a beautiful spot at one time but now an empty space with a pool now filled in with dirt and grass. Beats a view of the parking lot though. Room has microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Hair dryer does not work and 2 different times we have loss power in the bathroom, no lights, with microwave and overhead light that all must be on same circuit. Staff have been quick to respond and fix. Biggest challenge or I should say disappointment is Housekeeping. A language barrier exist in that I unfortunately don’t understand Spanish nor do the majority of them know English but are quite friendly. I take it in stride but found cleaning the room myself is easier than trying to communicate our needs. On day 19, I do need to mention our bedsheets have only been changed twice as well as room vacuumed and bathroom cleaned. I was told this would be done every 3rd day of our stay. Trash is collected and dirty towels collected if you put out in hallway. I called front desk yesterday about the sheets and was told they would send someone up but didn’t happen. Will try again today. I would be remiss if I did not mention a Lady named Kasandra that I have engaged with at the front desk and Housekeeping. She is attentive, friendly and gives out the best Guest experience ever! What an asset

Decent place to stay. The fridge had an odd smell that was fixed with 1-2 wipe outs. Aside from that it’s generally quiet and okay for the money.

The tv was not working. The on duty staff did try to fix it, but the manager has refused to return my calls after I repeatedly tried to make contact.

The hotel is run down. We stayed for 2 nights. There was food left in the mini fridge from a prior guest. The maid cleaned the room but did not replace towels or washcloths. Another couple we traveled with asked for washcloths and was told they did not have any.

In between moves we selected property based on price, balcony, microwave, fridge, coffee maker in room. We will total 16 nights. Selected king room with sofa. Very pleased room was large! No coffee maker though, broken lamp, sofa and chair dirty, carpet very worn and torn in places. Housekeeping very poor, had to ask for towels, never came to room without asking them to and bed sheets not changed or bathroom cleaned unless you asked. Most Housekeepers spoke no English at all. Were friendly but didn’t understand what you were asking for. I kept room clean myself, l asked front desk what procedure was and they said everyday trash taken and towels given and every other day bedding changed and room vacuumed. Never happened. I loved to be able to sit outside, bring your own chairs, I loved the big room and bed was great and loved the microwave and Fridge. Bathroom was nice overall. Great lighting in hallways for security and felt safe. Overall it was good for the long stay but I felt weekend nights at $100 per night not a great value.

Horrible, I was accosted by a man and accused of videoing him , I was face timing with a friend , and five minutes later he comes back and asks to use my light so he can smoke a blunt as he called it ... dreadful hotel . And the lies from staff about tv not working ... never again .

The beds were comfy and clean. Nice fresh towels and toiletries. However, the TV didnt work, the bathroom was very outdated and the tub was cracked and almost stepped through it. The staff were very helpful to they to fix the tv situation but it didnt work, not their fault.

My stay was good My only issue was the drapes they needed to be updated but overall it was worth the visit

This hotel was okay. It is an old building with meh upgrades. The carpet in the room was sticky, visibly stained and torn up. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean. The hair dryer was partly melted. This is not a $250 per night hotel more like a $100 per night.

The property was good. They just need to make sure the coffee is there and add some fruit

Carol, that works in the restaurant/bar, is wonderful!!! She has the best personality and is so helpful and friendly! She's a great cook too!! 🙂 She absolutely made our stay there top notch!!

Hotel is dirty and outdated. My first room smelled of wet dog and urine (human or dog? who knows). The sliding doors in the 4 rooms I seen did not have closing/LOCKING sliding glass doors. Only a metal bar to prevent someone from outside sliding it open. The curtains were all worn out and needed replacing. The bed was broken down. The TV would only play a religious channel, despite having a staff member "fix it". Everyone we spoke to at the HD Rally apologized jokingly when we said where were staying. The hotel smelled of weed often. We were told by a few locals at the Rally that the hotel often houses the homeless in the winter. That is certainly a good cause, but I also get the impression the hotel is a "pay by the week or month" type of run down housing unit too. We have stayed in some run-down places before, but this is definitely not a place that will ever get my money again. Spend the extra 50 or more a night to stay in a better, more secure, piece of mind hotel.

Smells like smoke even though it was no-smoking! People hanging around outside and in hallways all hours of the night! The kicker was someone trying to open our sliding glass door in the morning so we packed up and left 1 day into a 4 day reservation

Extremely dangerous area. Poorly maintained exterior, unkempt, run down. Exterior door held open by a plastic coat hanger. Dirty carpet. Ice maker didn’t work, was CHARGED for ice at “bar” next door. Unprofessional front desk attendant, sleepy security guard in lobby. Most outlets in room non-functioning. Old, dirty curtains covered sliding door. Multiple Gun shots rang out in the ghetto next door. I felt unsafe walking through the parking lot, felt very unsure of the safety of my car. Weird restaurant/bar attached to property that converted to some sort of dance club. Lots of homeless and ladies of the night strolling about, if you know what I mean. Absolutely horrible.

Room 115 should not be used at all bath tub floor is missing. Air conditioner not working and dirty. Room stink bad . Floor dirty and we were put in 117 bath tub was better but room dirty . Ants in room. Dirt on floor. This place was dirty inside and outside. City should check the condition of the rooms
