I woke up covered with bed bug bites.

The foundation of the property is pretty broken down. The outside looks worn. Entry is nice, staff was nice, easy check in and check out. The room was clean-ish. You walk in and there is A horrible odor. Hair in shower, and on floor in bathroom.. mold in the shower, and looked like poo or makeup smeared on the ceiling in the bathroom. Only given 1 shampoo to last A couple for 2 days. The blankets are not heavy or warm at all.

Good place for the price. Location is great if you have an event downtown. Have their own free parking deck. People who worked there were very nice and they have free breakfast. Can be a little noisy because the hotel is right next to the interstate but not a big deal.

Friendly staff, value stay. Hotel shows it’s age in places, but overall everything worked and was acceptable Comfortable bed. Breakfast (included). A small gym with a bit of everything.

Area was not great but we felt safe in the hotel. Hotel is clearly dated and shabby maintenance work is done, but rooms were clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. For the cost they were great, definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is affordable and clean and neat. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had quite a variety. Tea/coffee, microwave and mini-fridge in room. White castle and gas station across the 4 lane road. Only down side was a lot of homeless people across the street asking for money. The police address it and run them off. We didn't feel threatened and walked everywhere during the day. We did not walk around at night. We walked to stadium with no problem.

I did not realize the hotel was downtown. It was not a safe place. The pool was closed. There were multiple homeless people hanging around outside.

Rooms smell musty and are clearly aging. Daily housekeeping still suspended due to "COVID Restrictions." Pretty friendly staff, all things considered, but entire property seemed run down and stinky. In need for renovations, considering the relatively high price per night.

The conditions of the building were poor-contrary to reviews. It was impersonal and not friendly.
Clearly they provide a bed and a decently clean bathroom. It is designed for folks who can’t afford to stay on the other side of the freeway. I had reviews about improvements, but that was not accurate.

My stay at Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati was very nice and pleasant. The hotel is just off the freeway and very quiet area of the city. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and a good selection to choose from. You have to request for your room to be cleaned during your stay. It was a 10-minute walk to fountain square and 15-minute walk to the stadiums. The hotel has four bus lines that stops near the hotel. Overall, I had a great stay.

the hotel was musty smelling. bad neighborhood, advised not to go outside alone. pool was not maintained. carpet in the room was filthy. The free breakfast was not warm when served. would not stay there again.

Not safe, ghetto hotel, bums outside hotel, in parking lots, not safe for children, not safe to leave vehicle in parking garage, called complained, argued for hour over refund with staff and hotels.com, absolutely worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I used to like quality inns until this experience. I can’t believe how I’ve been treated and I will be escalating it up the ladder. Still haven’t receive email or refund and we had to get another hotel because of the area and type of hotel it is.

Homeless and panhandlers everywhere, including in front of the hotel, asking for money. Walk fro. Paycor stadium after a concert was terrifying....

The picture looks nothing like what the hotel looks like . It needs to be updated ! Its not in a safe neighborhoods at all . The rooms needed a good cleaning the bathroom for sure . When people are traveling they want to be in a safe environment not worrying about if your going to get robbed ! Peolpe asking for money , cigarettes, change ! False advertising foresure !

This was my first time staying here. Was in town for concert at the Paycor Stadium. Hotel was very easy to find and easy to park. Everything was very pleasant and the hotel was very clean and even smelled clean. I was a little bit hesitant at first because this isn’t my typical hotel/area I stay in Cinci, but my friend and I were very happy and pleased with our stay. Will definitely stay again. I love when you find a business that is very well taken care of by owner/management. And this is definitely one of those businesses. Thank you!

Had vomit on bed sheets and shams, walls were dirty, roach in the tub. Staff was told about the vomit and stated they would send someone to clean the room never did. Mouse traps surrounded around outside of building. Hotel need to be better managed.

Stay was very nice. Room and beds were clean. Hotel lobby etc was clean. Spent 2days and nights and will definitely be returning!

The property was convenient to expressway, clean, ok customer service. Hotel very outdated can use some renovations. The pictures looks better than the actual hotel.

We were in town for a concert. The location of the hotel was convenient for our needs being within two miles of the venue. It also offered on site free parking. The room appeared adequate and clean upon check in. A little worn, but still seemed ok. After the show, when we returned to our room, we killed approximately six small cockroaches.

Close to highway so constant noises of traffic. Also hotel to me seems very dated and needs an overall spruce up-upgrade! I didn’t care for the bed as well due to having major back pain the next day ( wife slept done on mattress) but may have slept wrong. Not too far from our location at ball stadium where concert was so overall convenient. 4/5 stars

The hotel it self was decent and at a great price. The area that hit is in is very low quality. The store across the street had several people hanging out in the parking lot and fights broke out. We weren't in the room much so none of it affected our stay.

Bathroom was like 1/2 a camper and 1/2 newer, gigantic hole around the shower head, dingy drop ceilings
Ice machine in hallway was leaking all over
Couldn’t go outside without someone begging for something.
We left early due to a family issue and they did refund me so that was nice. The staff was very nice. Just not an up kept place

The front staff were very kind but I had to come down and get extra supplies that I needed which I thought was kind of strange because they have always been brought to my room in the hotels that I've stayed at. The breakfast staff and breakfast were very kind and delicious, I just wish they would have change breakfast up a little bit each day. Like bacan instead of sausage, maybe add hardboiled eggs, change up the cereals and the breads. No big deal. Housekeeping was wonderful!! Parking was great!! The pool was a joke. That needs to either be gone or moved. The hotel is in a great spot for what we needed. Right in the middle of everything we needed to do. Thank you for everything!!

Street noise all night long was up on the fifth floor walls carpet all that needs to be redone. It’s clean but it’s tacky looking.
