Very dirty, old, dingy and outdated. Pool appeared to be closed for years but had nice pictures of it on the site. Nasty bathrooms etc. do not recommend.

No toothpaste, no bottle water I asked the secretary for a bottle of water she said there’s a vending machine in the facility! The bathroom needs to be cleaned

Room had strong smell of ammonia/urine.

SAD. What else can i say. First room was in back. Got around there and construction junk was all over the place. Did not even get out of car. Second room just bearable. Very old, room had unpleasant smell. Hot water took forever, toilet leaked, curtains and other items more what you would expect at a wrong side of the tracks hotel. Never again!

Checked in late, front desk staff very friendly, room was ajar when we walked to it from check in, dingy with just the basic basic. Beds clean, bathroom not stocked with toilet paper, old and worn looking, pool not working, fitness room had 2 items in it, breakfast was basic, overall did not meet a clean standard room. Would not stay here again.

I did not book this property through Expedia. I did not come to this property. You still owe me $100 plus whatever Expedia took out which was 86. I think you have piss poor Service and I will never stop at it. Stop at another one.

There is no automatic door to accomodate handicap people. Difficult to open from a walker. Desk staff when I checked in was very helpful.They got a luggage rack for me and took it to my room.

My room had used soap in it. Shoved back into the wrapper with public hair stuck to it. The hallway had a weird odor too it. There were missing ceiling tiles. The place wasn't terrible for the price I paid. But I will not be returning.

The room was dirty, I checked out after an hour because there were bugs in the bed. I’m asking to be reimbursed for the room. I didn’t get to shower and I had to sleep in my car. I had to change clothes in the McDonald’s bathroom and go straight to work

Nice location. But bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. The air conditioner was very loaud most of the night. Was hard to get sleep

NO POOL as advertised / pool was covered hotel reeked of pot room was clean-beds were comfortable but very disappointed that the pool was closed-- one of the only reasons we booked it

The hotel is old and dirty. There was a young boy maybe 6 years old behind the counter who said someone is coming after us standing there for about 7 minutes. Very strange since no one else was there.There is a sign on the counter that reads "ring bell for servise" but the bell was missing off the counter where you could tell it once was attached. The hotel was empty when we arrived at 1pm and asked if we could check in early. He said we could for an additional $30! The carpet in our room was dark brown which hide the dirt until i notice the bottom of my bare feet turned brown with dirt. I wore shoes for the remainder of the stay. The family of the man at the counter who eventually checked us in was in the room next to us. His kids were playing and screaming until 10:30 pm. Never again...

This hotel needs a major cosmetic upgrade! It was ok for a one night stay. You know when you pay less than $100 for a room that it’s not the best hotel in the area but it would be nice if they wouldn’t filter the pics to make it look better than it is. AND be honest about what is available. It’s was very obvious that the swimming pool hasn’t been open for years but yet advertising as though it’s open. The breakfast was very basic honestly surprised for the price there was any at all. My biggest complaint is that the hotel charged a $100 security deposit upon checking-in in addition to booking rate that still hasn’t been removed from my cc. I really hope I don’t have to fight to get it removed. I was told upon check-out it would be 7-10 days to be removed! WHY?

The hotel was clean. It was 95 degrees in Williamsport and the pool was not open. The ice machine dispenses a half cup of ice and no more. The staff was nice enough. Spend more money and go somewhere else.

the property was average but i feel the desk staff dont like doing there job. a request by me to have a staff member go with me to the room to view it together before i paid twice for a room i already paid in full, turned into me being told that Jessica does not like doing stairs and that it took her from her chair. i then pointed out the obvious smell of weed in the air and was told to mind my buisness by Jessica because "they might have a card so i wont bother them". when i told the front clerk in the morning at checkout that i wanted my deposit it was questioned i left a deposit. never going to recommend this company to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend change the air conditioning system. They are pretty old.

clean comfortable room at a reasonable price - pet friendly for a fee - we stayed in early July and the pool was closed and appeared to be permanent - lots of space outside, but it was sloppy and neglected - it would be easy to crate a nice outdoor picnic area for guests to enjoy - that would be a awesome enhancement

I booked 4 rooms and all had bedbugs problem. I have taken video to show at the reception.

Pool closed & doesn’t look like it’s going to open this summer, computer broke, doors leading to the outside wouldn’t even lock meaning people can just walk right in - rooms were decent but the building needs some updating - whom ever the maintenance person is hasn’t lifted up a screw drivier all year

This hotel is definitely 2 star. The place was run down and not that clean (mold in shower, knobs falling off, dirty carpets). There was a window a/c that worked pretty well, but the place was musty-smelling. Breakfast was included, but we didn't even try it since the place was so sub-par. Front desk people were friendly, but didn't really know what they were doing...took a long time to check-in.

Hotel was clean but dated. No AC in the hallways combined with no elevator wasnt fun. There is an odor around the front desk that is not plesant. I was charged an extra 100 as a deposit for the room. I was told it would refunded providing the room was in good condition and we did not smoke in the room. We will see if that actually happens.

So after booking the room abd it being paid for when i got to the hotel they wouldnt accept my card it kept getting denied my bsnk said the wrong expiration date was enter then after using s different card or trying to the lady at the front desk claims my account was locked in their system so i ended up staying the night in my car
