The bed was so comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff was friendly. They need to vacuum their elevators though as they were pretty filthy. The hallways and the bedrooms were clean. The parking was great.

Poor housekeeping. Bathrooms dirty. Common spaces (halls, stairwells, etc.) unkept. Rude staff at breakfast who were eating the food themselves in the preparation room. Breakfast served cold.

Liked close proximity to the Aquaplex & front desk staff was friendly. Disliked mold on the bathroom ceiling due to no ventilation.

Staff was nice. Room and facility all around was clean. Breakfast was okay. Not a fan of the pancake maker, but other options were available. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a while . When we arrived we ended up having to go to the front desk and switch rooms because the sheets and pillows on the bed were wet. Then when we tried to shower , the water would not get warm. We called the front desk again , they sent a maintenance man and then he said that the water has to be on cold to get hot water . I expressed to him that it didn’t make sense and he said “yeah well this is an old building.” The soap holder in the shower was rusty and dripping rust in the shower every time it got went. There were a pile of ants on the air conditioner when we woke up on the last day . The housekeeping also takes all day to clean the room and skip some days . This hotel is over priced and do not stay here , it is not worth it . The only good thing i can say is the staff was nice but not worth this headache .

The front desk will constantly remind you that you booked through expedia. It lowers the overall service experience, especially when we only asked what time check-in was.

Close proximity to restaurants and shops. Very close to Boo Williams Sportsplex and Hampton Coliseum and Convention Center. Breakfast bar isn't bad, very helpful/friendly staff!

The staff was very welcoming, and I really enjoyed the free breakfast.

I had a great stay. The only disappointment was that this hotel only accepts a MAJOR credit card (no cash app). Does not accept cash. My opinion is, as long as they receive their money for the stay, any means of payment should be accepted.

The Hotel Staff was Amazing, they went above and beyond to accommodate my 2 Sisters and myself as we arrived with an early check-in in our time of need. Not only were they understanding, but offered their condolence to us with sincere respect. Ms. Donna and her Amazing staff couldnt have been any better. Room was very clean, parking convenient, and our stay was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you again Ms. Donna and staff.

The staff was wonderful. The room clean . Air-conditioning loud and leaking water. Tv kept blinking off and on. Staff was great and moved us to a better room. Well no shower curtain in bathroom .
