Don’t go for the spa …… just a pool and pool shower

We bought 4 $22 breakfast buffets and they charged extra for coffee? How cheap of them. For $22, you’d think you’d get salmon, prime rib, some special. All you got was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and undercooked pancakes. Just a revenue machine. Won’t go back. Not worth $300 a night.

It was a nice looking hotel but no wow factor, no perks were offered as a platinum no late check out was approved some of my friends didn’t have hot water one of my friends Ac wasn’t working for the first few days til they came to fix it very long wait for a dinner table past an hour

First time in Vero Beach. Hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and restaurants close by.

Excellent hotel with great pool area and easy access to the beach. Free use of chairs and umbrellas at the beach is a nice amenity. Clean rooms with large bathroom and nice terrace overlooking the pool. The Wave restaurant has wonderful food and we enjoyed the live music by the pool. Will stay here again!

Hotel is very nice, not to many children around, restaurant food was very good, can’t say the same about in room dining, ordered a pizza and it arrived cold, self parking spaces seem limited.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Clean rooms, great bars and restaurant. very reasonable prices. Friendly staff and great entertainment on the weekends.

Our long weekend was terrific. The resort is pet friendly, the staff is super friendly and professional and very, very helpful. Check in was a breeze. I have nothing but praises for this resort.

Beautiful place great friendly staff thru out the hotel.
The only complaint was the lack of staff in the restataurant we had wait longer than usual for service.
The food in the restaurant was delicous.

I loved all of the amenities offered at the hotel. The pool was nice and the beach access was lovely. I loved that you could sit by the pool and beach and order drinks/food.

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the food, what was on the menu I did not receive and what’s online is not accurate with what’s available at the restaurant.

We love everything about the property, accommodations, employees, and food and drink.
One recommendation would be extra regular coffee in room for 2 cops per person, tea for at night.
Another plus would be a microwave to heat up hotel leftovers for midnight snacks.

Best Birthday Celebration ever!! The staff went above and beyond and they left nothing undone! Highly recommend Costa d’Este, you will leave relaxed and with a smile!

When booking the reservation by phone directly at the hotel
the staff member asked if we were celebrating any special occasion. I told her we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, she replied how wonderful and congratulations. She would make a note to the main dining room regarding the occasion. Thinking oh, they might do something for us. Like maybe a little cake, a bottle of champagne. Was disappointed nothing was done not even congratulations on this milestone event.
We did have a good time at the hotel. Every employee was professional and recommend others to go there.

Pros: Rooms are very nice & spacious..Great access to the beach. Nice property in a great location.
Cons: didn’t get my free drink as promised when I checked in.
Pool & deck lounge is small: cramped w a lot of people on a nice day
No way to order anything online, which is very surprising in today’s world.
As always, staff could be more attentive.
Overall a pretty good experience.

No complaints. Staff was excellent and restaurant was great. Walls in bath showed some rough spots fromwater damage that could be addressed. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful resort, amazing food, and there’s a magical massage therapist (April) at C|Spa who did wonders on my back with the fit recovery massage!
Wasn’t meant to go alone - originally booked it to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend, but then he broke up when me and I couldn’t find anyone else to join me - so I ended up there solo. Though it’s a lovely place, it’s definitely lonely for solo vacationers. There were plenty of couples and friend groups there.
