No in room kettle with tea and . coffee.when requested there was no milk. Water was cold and room unheated till we found control

Super location and exceptional sea views.
Would definitely stay again as the position of the hotel worked well for us.
Contemporary feel on check in, welcome was ok and check in efficient. We would not book parking again as plenty of safe street parking available.
The breakfast was ok … a selection of hot and cold items but the room was sterile with little atmosphere and tables not cleared efficiently.
Biggest disappointment was the hotel restaurant .. zero atmosphere and food arrived far too quickly from ordering to have been freshly prepared.
Phenomenal sunrise from sea view rooms and super flat promenade to wander with easy access to the beach.

Lovely balcony with views of the beach. Friendly helpful reception. Incredible infinity pool and lounge area. A big hotel but nice feel. Parking in front and underground.

The Hotel CHIQUI was an excellent choice for us. The view from the superior room was great.
All staff were pleasant and helpful. All areas were sparkly clean. Restaurant food was great
If we return to Santander it would be our 1st choice
Bodega Mazon is also worth a visit

It is at the very end of Sardinero’s very attractive beach with lovely views over the bay. The rooms, bar and restaurant were very good and staff very helpful. Ideal for a seaside holiday in Santander, which I highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and very good location for the beach. We stayed in a family room and I think a good suggestion would be to add more hooks around the room / bathroom as it can be difficult to find space to hang towels / swimwear for the family after the beach / swimming pool. The restaurant was very nice, and good kids menu

The hotel was easily accessible and had free parking. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bedroom was adequately furnished with very comfortable beds. Shower was excellent. View from the bedroom was advertised as a sea view, which it had but in the distance, immediately looked out over the pool area which in turn meant other guests could see directly in to our room.

Lovely hotel overlooking the beach. The rooms were comfortable and bathroom a good size. Lovely area and not far from several nice local cafes and town centre a 25 minute walk.

Very convenient for beaches and walks. Near bus stops (5 min walk, 1 euro 16 into town centre.) B/fast options reasonable. Hop on/off bus tour stops near hotel. Taxis vg. No tea/coffee in rooms. Otherwise rooms vg. La Corrona cafe close and v cheap with menu translation. Reception staff v helpful in all respects rooms very well cleaned.

Staff were always happy to help and very pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights and tried the food in the restaurant and it was delicious! Pool facilities were outstanding as well as the bar, restaurant food , rooms and the maid service. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to book a hotel in Santander.

Fantastic views over the beach to the palace. I could have sat on the balcony all day and never tired of the view. The infinity pool has a similarly nice outlook.
The breakfast offered a good choice and quality. All the staff were friendly and efficient. No negatives whatsoever.

Amazingly friendly front desk colleagues, and a very positive experience over all! Access to sports club 5 minutes away was amazing as weather hit bad one day. Had nice dinner first evening. Nice breakfast spread.

i have been in room 417 and it was well maintained and sea side facing. with a little balcony.
itś really just 35m away from the sea... and footwalk distance to some restaurants and few shops.
Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
pricewise it was a bit higher but that is for the first class location i would say.
can recommend it thou.

The location is really the best on the beach and the infinity pool is amazing. Great views from the balcony, the room is cosy, beds are huge and comfortable. Good value for money.
