Staff was very friendly and competent. Altho there were no USB ports in the room the staff had plugins to loan. The breakfast was very good.

Nothing to say more about this place that is excellent and make us enjoy our trip more while having a comforyable sleep and plentiful breakfast. They also have available amenities at this place including fit ness, laundry room.

Breakfast was decent. The area is beautiful. Asked Front Desk about a place I could walk my dogs and was directed to Flagstaff Urban Trails near the NAU campus, which was perfect.

Everything was Great till breakfast....older employee at front desk raised her voice as we came in to breakfast that that dog was not allowed in breakfast area..saying this more than one...very rude ...told her our dog was a service dog...someone in your organization needs to teacher how to address a situation like this....not the way she did....breakfast was full at the time this happened...

Very accommodating hotel when I asked if they had rooms for an extra night, was so appreciative to not have to switch hotels or rooms for that matter. Friendly staff, all around this property has it all in terms of convenience! The morning breakfast was very nice. The hot tub was amazing after driving long hours! Great place to bring the kids!

Great place, stayed there for three nights. Clean rooms, up to date lnstallations, great lobby, comfortable pool, good location. Good breakfast. Room service (cleaning) has to be resquested.

Just off the freeway, but far enough there was very little road noise. Large pines surrounded the exterior. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. In particular, to a person, they were friendly and willing to help. The room was well appointed and clean. The breakfast was very good. In this price point this is a well managed property.
