Top notch hotel with excellent service.

This hotel was an excellent place to stay for our one night in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world in the small hotel bar/sitting room/breakfast area. The breakfast was also amazing! You are in walking distance to so many places from here. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity!

Comfortable stay in a wonderful location just a block or so from the Duomo. Service was excellent. Our room was quiet and clean. For the the money, our room was dated and a bit worn.

Very quiet room in the middle of bustling city. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent (omelett, pancakes, cappuccino) and was all-inclusive. Would stay again.

Nothing bad to say in the slightest. Warm welcome with a drink, room ready before check-in time, room clean and bright and well lit. Bathroom and shower amazing with good water pressure and a variety of showers from handheld, rain and waterfall showers. Bed was soft and comfortable with choice of pillows.
Breakfast excellent choices and friendly service with happy hour between 630 and 8pm with complimentary sparkling or wines.
Great location 10 minutes from Duomo and 5 minutes to metro station and trams. Would strongly recommend

Extremely lousy hotel.Dark,gloomy,noisy without any charm.The manager Sonia was very nasty,arrogant and acting very unprofessional.Literally threatened to kick me and my son out,because I was complaining about noise,limited breakfast choices and inability to use the swimming pool which was extremely small ,cold and overcrowded.

Lovely place to stay for a few reasons. First location couldn’t be better. The complimentary breakfast and every wine were perfect. Fruit, water, and bakery goods available free all day. Staff could not have been more pleasant.

Excellent stay. Small, family run boutique hotel with exceptional care to all details. Super clean and everything seemed newly renovated. If not, then they upkeep it very nicely. The included breakfast is phenomenal with lots of delicious options. Everyone who works here is friendly and super helpful. Felt very safe staying here and it was surprisingly extremely quiet as it is around the corner from a busy street in the heart of Milan. Walkable to Duomo (you’re there in under 3 minutes walking slowly). I only wish my stay was longer as I would have loved to walk around some more and take in all of the lovely stores and eateries nearby.

Absolutely delightful hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious accommodations, excellent location within a few minutes walk to Piazza Duomo, metro, tram, and lots of restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel...a very big Thank You to the front-desk staff who were so incredibly helpful and friendly. I must also mention that I was very impressed with their breakfast offerings each morning. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Milan!

The hotel was less than a 5-minute walk to the cathedral of Milan. Plenty of dining options. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast that came with the room was fantastic.
