Needs improvements

The food at the breakfast was horrible—uneatable. The room was way too small.

Very average experience. Decent but nothing special.

From the onset the staff just was not trained. At check in I was charged twice. And no one was available to reverse one of the charges on my debit card. Then just fight mobility issues I had to say on the second floor with no elevator. I asked for it late check out in the middle of the night and the gentleman did not know how to do it. To call back after 7:00 a.m. which means I had to stay up to 7:00 a.m. in order to call back or actually I went down and the clerk so that was no problem. That was after 7:00 a.m.Didn't check out the clerk did not know how to reverse one of the charges in the financial system. Nor did her manager. And I just found it funny how from beginning to end the status was not capable of handling basic request. As far as the room goes it's fine it was comfortable once I got the internet going which check probably 30 minutes into the stay. They had a toll free number to call for any internet issues. But, no one was there to answer the call and I left a message in which they did never call me back. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. I think from top to bottom even managers need to be trained better by the owners. Because clearly no one knew what they were doing. Everyone just passed it on to someone else. I am still without that money. It's a hole and it will be released will it hasn't been released yet and so now I'm without my money because of a hotel error. Do not stay here!

When we arrive to check in we were not greeted and felt like we we had inconvenienced the desk clerk for checking in they were very rude . When we went to our room we opened the door and we’re hit with the fowl smell of cigarette smoke like they had been smoking in the room for years. We went to the front desks to tell them that the cigarette smell was overwhelming they handed us a spray to spray the room and said leave the room for 5 minutes it will be fine. They never even offered to move us to another room. (The smell did not go away!) The room was filthy the A/C had dead bugs on it and was full of dust. I will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at a Comfort Inn ever!

It was nice well kept for my needs.

Smelled of stale cigarette smoke, lighting was very dim, especially in the bathroom, very difficult to control the temperature. Staff was great and it was very clean.

I stayed in so many hotels for a month that I don’t really remember much about this one.

Convenient location. The room was clean. Breakfast was standard.

Property could use upgrades

I had booked a 2 queen room. The beds were likely doubles or the smallest queens in existence. Everything was clean and the stay was fine other than the size of beds

I did not like there is no elevator to the second floor

Clean and affordable. The staff was friendly. We stayed 1 night on our way through. The only thing that was off was the bathtub noises. No support was installed under the bathtub so it creeks and maons with every movement. Hopefully if they do an update in the future they will make sure to add support under the tubs.

We were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t have any water in it during our stay.

You get what you pay for hotel was clean and unremarkable

This was one of my worst experiences at a hotel. We had to go back to the front desk multiple time to get a working key.. we have no towels for our room ask for towels and was told.they were out. We had to wait several hours before they had any available. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the bed. Beds were hard. The shower was gross. Service was bad. Even the next.morning. the front desk people were on their phones instead of helping the guess. Worst place!

Nice and clean hotel for price.

The room was nice and clean but the property is run down . Bathroom is really small. Great if you are just driving through.

Not as advertised. No elevator,just an old motel that is way overpriced. Gauge in wall furniture worn out but bathroom clean.

One night very convenient and comfy.

I asked when putting in reservations to get 2nd floor because of families with uncontrollable children running around above us on first floor and did not get second floor. Called at 9:30pm with notice that the people above were letting their children stampede and I was told I had to wait until 10pm for them to call the room. It stopped around 11:45pm.

Very nice hotel and staff!

Room smelled! Pool was dirty and pathetic! Jacuzzi was broken. Breakfast was a joke. Crappy overcooked scrambled eggs. Waffle machine was out of order! Staff was indifferent!

All in all it was a great stay. The only thing is the beds are super hard
