Rooms are always clean. The food at the restaurant is good!

It was perfect but we were there less than 7 hours. Check in and out was easy.

First room on 4th floor had mold in bathroom and ac unit was working like a fan.. i called front desk and they were able to moved me to another room Even though i requested high room floor they gave me a first floor but was alot better and more cleaner . I stayed 2 days

Stayed for one night, and everything was fine with one exception, the missing hair dryer in the room. There is also no shuttle to downtown Cinci, so I had to use Lyft to get to the Outlaw Festival and back. The premises as such are really great. I would always come back.

I liked everything about the hotel except my bathroom was very old, even the toilet seat was old & scratched up. The bathroom needs a renovation!

This was far from the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it was the worst IHG I’ve ever encountered. I’ve long trusted the IHG brand to be clean, well-managed and have a good breakfast, often included. I look for the brand when booking. This property was marginal on the cleaning. The bathtub was almost too slippery to shower in and the breakfast was a joke. The choices were minimal and the quality of offerings was poor. And it was $18. I received a discount of $15 for two people at the time of booking, and it wasn’t worth that. When housekeeping came to our room, they made the bed - sort of - but that was it. They didn’t reload the coffee basket and even left dirty towels on the chair. Additionally, one of the staff members asked that we tip with cash instead of on a card because the management doesn’t return tips on cards to the staff. If that’s not a crime, it should be. Avoid this place if you can.

Pleasant staff, quiet and clean room.

You can tell it is an old hotel. It was clean. There was plenty of parking. There were several entrances/exits that made it easy to park and get inside. It is super close to the CVG airport.

The hotel had a weird smell throughout but especially in the room that gave me a headache. The rooms/bathrooms need updating. The bed mattress was okay but the pillows were horrible. The water pressure and temperature was not good, the trickle of water that came out was luke warm, if that, in shower. The "hotel store" needed to be restocked, shelves and drink cooler was pretty bare. Hotel shuttle to airport wait time needs improvement. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Good pool, comfy beds

This hotel was having an issue providing cold water in the rooms. Also hotel house keeping either didn’t happen or was not very good. Restaurant was good but expensive. Don’t think I would stay here.

We had a non renovated room. It was very old. Shower was cold. Had friends that had an upgraded room that seemed nicer.

Clean, well maintained staff is very personable.

Property was clean and very close to CVG. Our rooms water was opposite of what you may think. It was SCOLDING hot. No ability to change temp. This was in the sink and shower. Over all looking forward to staying again.

This is our second time staying here, and this time we have less time, but tried the breakfast this time. Very good, and excellent service at the restaurant. The room was very nice and spacious. Re eco friendliness: do not know about energy efficiency. Details: like the pump-bottles/e i multiuse in the bathroom, but then individual butter/jam packages ( plastic waste) in the restaurant ...Overall really enjoy this hotel, will come back at opportunity

Great and polite customer service, very helpful and patient.

The room was recently updated. Pillows were normal size instead of tiny like most hotels these days. All Dove brand products (soap,shampoo, lotion etc).

Close to airport

The property was dated but convenient for us.

Disappointed that there wasn’t a continental breakfast but instead a $20 breakfast buffet. Also the AC In our room didn’t work well.

It was clean, comfortable and whole hotel was very nice. Breakfast was awesome as well. I would stay here again.

Shower did not drain, and no cold water to mix with hot for the shower, only scalding hot water. Lobby and restaurant were nice, rooms could use some attention. We booked a night there on our return from vacation, but I would not book there again.

3 night stay housekeeping only one time. No extra towels brought, we got some extra from swimming pool when we went. Pool was cold each time during our stay, weather had cooled down some so maybe why it felt cold.

Great place to stay. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, plenty of parking. Will add to list of places to stay again when in the area.

Absolutely horrible stay!!! The floor would have been softer than the beds. We had to call downstairs to get blankets and sheets for the pull out couch. Then we had to go downstairs to get cups to go with the coffee pot cause all we had was lids. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but considering we didn't sleep at all we check out at 8:30 the next morning. It is very old and outdated and the amount of dust and lint that was between the bed and night stand was gross. The shower curtain smelled like mold and the AC didn't work properly and the amount of geese crap that covered the sidewalk and parking lot was disgusting. We couldn't even roll our luggage we had to carry them due to geese feces.

Only stayed one short night - 10 pm to 5 am, but all was good.
