This place was absolutely disgusting. I stayed somewhere else. You guys were advised. I am going to chargeback the amount. Hotels.com have not been helpful at all. There were sketchy people, prostitutes and the room stinks of mold and smoke. I had an asthma attack. Do not stay here!

Room was humid and had a mildew smell. Bathroom was disgusting with I cleaned feces on the wall underneath the toilet paper holder. They were kind in each interaction but never fixed any issues. Beds had stains. Although the stains, beds were pretty comfy and was able to sleep well. The room seemed very thrown together

The concrete floors are black not of paint of filth. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom, the control didn't work, and the included breakfast was a paper bag with an apple and a muffin. NEVER AGAIN!

The place was disgusting. Filthy room, TV didn't work, Racoons walking around everywhere along with wild cats. Overall this place is horrible and should never be on the Hotels.com list. Pool was extremely dirty and was given an excuss that the wind blows and therefore the pool is dirty. Horrible experience.

The first clue was that there was no sign anywhere in the Motel or in the lobby to identify that it was in fact LaQuinta. I had to check the photo again to make sure I was in the right place. The rooms were disgusting, The tiles in the bathroom were full of mildew. The room stank of mold. The air conditioner worked but made weird noises all night long. We were provided the bare minimum for towels, 2 body towels and a hand towel. Fortunately, my Girlfriend did not need to wrap her hair and we brought our own face cloths because none were provided. The rooms need updating very badly. The smell of pot wafting throughout the walkways was almost enough to give you a contact high.

Got double charge deposit and still have not been given credit back for it. Cleaning service didn’t notice or wrapped smoke detector with plastic bag. Black mold on walls. Security lock was broken. No Continental breakfast available at 8am just bad coffee. Very disappointed that a high quality hotel was so run down. Would add photos but won’t let me upload.

Extremely dirty, insects crawling around, bathroom had not been cleaned, fire/smoke detector removed from room, toilet leaked onto floor, carpet was so dirty our socks turned black, A/C extremely loud, 1 inch of daylight under door, phone didn’t work, no breakfast, but advertised having it, they would not return my $100 security deposit. pillows smelled. The room is filthy. Bugs crawling around, smoke alarm has been torn out. A/C sounds like it’s going to lift off to the moon! I can see an inch of daylight under the door.

It says breakfast included, but there isn't any! Flooded parking lot. Poor lighting. Curtains tore up, didn't close. Mold in the bathroom, and toilet didn't work properly.

place is terrible. my wife and daughter got bed bug bites all over their body. the hotel advertises breakfast yet there is no breakfast. their coffee bar is infested with ants galore. hotel is ran by a Patel family that has no desire in customer satisfaction. i’m in the middle of disputing my transaction to get my money back as the GM of the hotel is a complete piece of crap along with the staff. terrible hotel stay far away from this trash can facility.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking... I would've never gone this place... it's filthy, smells like cigarretes, there is mold in the ceilings and walls, the carpets were dark but not because of the color but because of the dirt on them... there wasn't a breakfast... I have stayed in La Quinta before and my experiences were good, but this property has made me reconsider La Quinta as an option... Never going back to this place, even if is 1/3 of the price...

When we got in the room the first thing we heard was the smoke alarm chirping. We waited about 30 minutes it never stopped so we contacted the first desk and after the attendant’s second attempt to stop it but failed he gave us another room. The first night we woke up around 3am to use the bathroom a roach was crawling on the ceiling near our bed. We were too tired to contact the desk; the second night all was well but the third night my husband opened the door to peek at our vehicle and 3 roaches were in the door frame we killed them and realized it’s useless this place needs an overhaul cleaning and fumigation. It’s behind the Wendy’s and maybe this adds to the problem. The noise level was ok.

Run down unit with lots of stains in bathroom ceiling and bad looking walls. Doesn't give you comfort more like an eek feeling. Sad that I took my friend and her daughter visiting the US for the first time there. Had to kill a couple of roaches. I didnt think that La quinta would be like this.
