This is place is like a motel 6 don't have high expectations for it .there is assigned rooms that accept pets and the door to the restroom can hardly close its so small not a very pleasant place to
Stay of u want to get good rest. The beds are so uncomfortable and the tv did not turn on I will never stay here again .

Room is dirty also had a bad odor and the restroom. The shower nozzle was not adjustable so water was getting everywhere. Easy way to slip and fall.

This is a reliable place to stay. Safe, friendly, there is restaurants on location and very close by. It’s worth your money.

I asked for towels about 6 times at the front desk because we had more than 2 people in each room... I received 2 towels delivered to one of our rooms one time. After waiting over 24 hours, I finally went and found a worker who could help. This shouldn't be hard. If a room is reserved for 4 people, put 4 towels in the room BEFORE they arrive.

The front desk staff is professional and helpful. Alejandra is friendly and responsive! The Italiano Restaurant at the hotel offers tasty food and good service. The room was spacious and had a nice television.

We impressed by the helpfulness and accommodation of staff during the check in and check out process. We had an enjoyable experience and found the location to be centrally located near many fantastic restaurants and eateries.

We had a total of 4 couples staying in 4 different rooms. We went down to the pool and wanted to take drinks to the pool side, but were stopped by security. He said we couldn't drink in any area of the pool (seats, tables, etc.). It became a whole situation that he even called up the property manager and seemed like they were ready to kick us all out. We have previously stayed on the property and hadn't had any issues. We listened and left the pool side. When we came back there was a total party with other people & they had drinks and were being rowdy. Apparently security didn't have a problem with them. Total hypocrisy from management. Also, inside the hotel room, the carpet was filthy. Walking barefoot had our feet looking like we just came from walking outside.

great hotel the only thing we didn’t like is that they charged us $800 pesos for our dog. that’s basically what we paid for our room per night.

Room is always very clean when I arrive. Hotel workers are friendly and professional. Alejandra is a reliable and friendly front desk agent. Restaurant options nearby and a nice bar area. The pool is a popular place to visit at the hotel.
