Check in was pleasant. The room was quiet and the bed was clean. No odor which was very nice. However, the house keeping could pay a little more attention to detail in cleaning. The little side mirror had fingerprints. The floor could have been vacuumed better. The breakfast had eggs but no meat. They usually go hand in hand. Waffle batter and liquid were separated as if they sat out all night and was practically empty. If you know u have guests, even if not many, and u serve breakfast, you should put ur best and the freshest on the table for ur guests. That is the last impression they have before checking out. I can tell they did some renovation which was nice to see but still have ways to go. I will stay here again bc the staff is nice and accommodating. For the price I will be back.

The beds were comfortable. The beds were sturdy evidence by my 6 and 8 year old doing gymnastics from bed to bed. The hotel was quiet. My children enjoyed the breakfast. There were flies and a plethora of odors. I was there for a bike ride and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was a nice touch. All in all the hotel was serviceable.

Check in was nice quick and fast ., but the Hotel look dirty and need upgrade and carpets look in poor condition and bad colors walls., Furniture are old and broken. Bed looks very tired.
But the front desk are nice and professional.

The only thing is that the showers have no grab bars to hold onto. I have an unstable left leg and to get into the shower with nothing to hold onto is dangerous for me. This last visit I did not take a shower because of this. It's a scary situation for me. Other than that the visit was great.

A/C not working properly. Toilet ran all night. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. TV doesn't work. Promo as close to University but is on opposite side of town. Blanket has huge holes in it. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Checked in to a dirty room with ants crawling all over a bottle of coke left. Got a different room, that was not much better. Child broke out from bedding. When I asked for more towels after 2nd night of stay, was told they didn’t have any, sorry. Staff was unhelpful at best. Wanted to speak to manager, but wasn’t available all 3 nights of stay.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, other than no bars in the shower to hold onto we would not hesitate to come back.

Absolutely disgusting. I wanted to take the hottest shower somewhere else to clean my body after being at this place. White comforters riddled with yelled stains. Musty smell in the room. Dead fly on the bed. Ok for $50-$75/ night but not for almost $200. Absolutely do not stay here unless you have no other choice. Doors slammed all night long as well.

I stayed here for 2 nights and upon arrival there and getting into the room cut the light on and there is a roach crawling right on the table .. mind you I brought my child here with me (automatic no!) I then proceed to see 2 on the bed . I contacted the front desk and was not getting thru I called 5 times ! I spoke with someone on this app and they contacted the hotel , the manager was suppose to call me and work something out Monday , and I have YET to hear anything back !!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL , SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Old and worn and it smelled of old smoke. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had clean beds, but everything was past well worn. The floors in the hallway were broken. The windows were rusty and pealing. It might have been a great hotel 20 years ago. It needs a major redo. Definitely not worth 160.00 a night.

Dated - tired but seemed clean. The bed was very comfortable. Noise from adjoining room very loud. Breakfast including coffee was actually the worst I’ve ever seen/had.

Hotel and room were fine BUT wanted to watch ESPN and for some reason it was out. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9am but all the eggs were gone by 8:30 and staff made no attempt to refill although many people came to breakfast from 8:30 and 9 am

Property was good, hotel staff was excellent .Expedia changed $220 for a room that when we asked front desk should have been $150, I don’t like Expedia at all.
