We stayed here before Nd came back because we liked it but this was the worst stay at this location. Screaming teenagers in the rooms and hallways, doors slamming at all hours, music blaring down the hall until after midnight....come to find out they had a bunch of high school seniors staying there for some function in town. This will be the last stay here in a while, we are thoroughly disappointed by this hotel.

Clean room. In room fridge and microwave used, both worked well. Air conditioner worked good. Bed, pillows, bedding all very comfy. Spacious room for our need including desk area and chair w/ottoman. Alarm clock convenient. Liked full length mirrors in room for all to access. Would have liked tea/hot chocolate option in room, but available in lobby 24/7 was a nice alternative. Only disappointment was asked for sheets to be changed and towels be replaced but when we returned, it never did get done. Also, a shower cap would have been nice as an amenity. All other bath amenities were good. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice.

We stayed here as part of our trip to Red Rocks. The staff was great and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were suprised at how quiet the area was

Requested housekeeping three times and they never showed up. Requested new towels and never received them. Tried calling the front desk multiple times and no answer. The room was in general old and appeared dirty. Keys didn’t work so had to keep getting them rekeyed. Hair dryer didn’t work.

Made a reservation for a room with a king size bed but was given one with 2 queens. When I brought up this issue, I was told that their system doesn't show what I reserved. I asked if we could get a room with a king and didn't get a reply so I asked if there was a price difference between rooms and I was told no. At this point I just wanted to get to my room so I stuck with the 2 queens.

The hotel was a little out dated. Don’t expect 5 star hotel services. So if you are picky at everything this is not the place for you. Great hotel for just needing a nights rest while passing through Denver. It was clean but it just smelled a little old. The staff was okay, but would sometimes get overwhelmed. Welcome snacks were provided for free.
