great staff

Our flight arrived late and the shuttle waited for us with a sign. The young man was very attentive and helped us from the airport, with our luggage, and accompanied us to our room to make sure everything was fine. The reception was excellent as was the breakfast. We would definitely return next time in Guayaquil. The staff is to be commended!!

nice hotel

I live in Chicago and have been visiting Guayaquil for the last 2.5 years and have never stayed anywhere else other than Oro Verde, this is my 6th visit, I stayed this time for 7 nights and I had VIP access and room upgrade all the time,the staff here is excellent, polite, speak English well, they tend to any issues you may have immediately and have someone come over and check whether it's been dealt with, very nice, very hospitable, the room custodians are prompt and efficient, the breakfast is very very good, varieties and fresh and tasty, staff at breakfast lounge is very good and take care of you very well,sometimes I just come here for breakfast, rooms are clean, gym is good, staff at the gym is excellent, hotel on par or even better than many hotels here in the USA, I will continue to stay in this hotel, and trust me you will not be disappoited.

First, even though I already notified them about my arrival with the transfer that’s included with the property. It did not show up even after like five calls. I finally took a taxi and then when I get there, I was not upgraded. Just had a regular standard room.

An excellent hotel; safe installations, very friendly staff thorough, very comfortable newly remodelled rooms with powerful air conditioning, the best breakfast buffet in the city, and comfortable bar and swiss fondue restaurant…nice terrace with lap swimming pool and gym… My only choice for staying in Guayaquil

Location is great and the food is excelent

Very friendly staff everywhere. The building appears old but clean. Other than the AC was very loud, everything else was excellent. You cannot beat that price with breakfast included. Recommended.

Executive floor rooms are very nice & extremely comfortable. Definitely worth it to do executive rooms. Very clean, nice restaurant, very nice shop. Staff is fantastic. Shuttle service from airport was perfect and a complementary service.
