All good except no hot water for a shower on last morning
Only cold water - only drips out of the hot water setting and the tap in the sink.

Central hotel. Stayed one night Christmas shopping. Hotel bar staff very friendly also breakfast , full English, warm and well cooked. Will return.

female on reception could not have cared less about her job or the customers checking in and she didnt explain anything and had no interest in her role but on the flip side when i checked out the next morning the young man was very friendly and helpful.
there was not enough staff in the bar serving and one of the older bar staff was just bossing the other ones around which was uncomfortable to watch, the bar was not even busy in fairness

Booking in was a nightmare. So many forms to fill in. Not making any sense. Then the payment had to be on a credit card which I do not have. What is wrong with a Debit Card

Very helpful young man checked us in & gave us early access to our rooms. The reception area is pleasant as is the Springs Bar. Rooms are adequate & generally clean but, as is common in so many hotel room the hoover does not clean the carpet edges well. Comfortable bed but terrible pillows & the duvet is too narrow. Yet to try the restaurant as there are many excellent restaurants nearby ( Vivido was really good)

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel very clean. Breakfast was very good. Dinner menu good but slightly expensive. Only stayed one night but would stay again.

Best Crowne plaza I’ve ever stayed in business lounge was superb and the rooms where very clean and spacious, bed where massive and very comfortable. To top it off had sky in my room. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Hotel located near the Conference Centre and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants. The shops are close by too. Used the hotel carpark which was very reasonably priced. £12 for each night we stayed. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff excellent.

Room was quite small and really stuffy. It was a bit tired with a stain on the carpet and rust round the mirror. Some of the lights didn't work. Staff lovely. Food was great. It's in a good location and would be fine for a short trip.

Average sums up this hotel. Rooms are decent size but very tired. Rooms was cleaned to acceptable standard but not great. Communal areas nothing special and again tired, So overall nothing special, location was good for town.

Check in was quite a mess. Computer system not working so had to wait for quite a while only to be given a room occupied already bybsomeone else.
