My husband and I wanted something clean and that’s what we got! Room was pretty clean, smelled clean, staff is very nice, and location in town is wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants. We would stay again!

Booked very last-minute so were very pleased to get there. Comfortable room. Pretty tight with parking, but parked ok. Breakfast somewhat meager but adequate - nothing cooked.

It is convenient. The rooms are a bit musty smelling. Staff if freindly.

Good hotel with friendly service. Good location. WiFi was too slow for catching up on email.

This trip was absolutely amazing! My fther who just tirned 80 and hos wife and my sister and brother inlaw were a staying at the same hotel. I took him fly fishing for his first time. We had a great time and many lifetime memories were made.

The front desk employee who was on duty the morning of 6/15/24 was a saint. She was dealing with a very difficult and ridiculous customer. I was in the lobby eating the complimentary breakfast, so I was witness to al of it. She handled the situation so well, and I just wanted to commend her for that.

I liked how genuinely friendly and accomidating the staff was. Loved how spacious our room was. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a disaster from start to finish. When I arrived the girl at the desk tried to charge me for a prepaid room and argued I had not paid despite showing the reservation receipt and the credit card charge. After twenty minutes of what seemed like her first hour on the job she made a couple of phone calls trying to figure it out. Finally she said the person she talked to took care of it and then asked me to swipe my card, when I asked what for, she wouldn't tell me. All in all in took 35 minutes to check in. Then the room next to mine had no less than ten backpackers in it who stood on the balcony loudly talking well after 10pm until someone in a different room told them to go in their room. Fast forward to 1 am and the phone to my room rings with some crackhead looking for his fix. Every time I hung up they called back so I just unplugged the phone. Then came the checkout adventure. Going down around 8 am to check out I found three people waiting to check out as well. After 20 minutes we all decided to just toss our key cards on the counter and leave as apparently there is no one there at that time. I have stayed at a dozen hotels in the past three months and I've never encountered a disaster like this place.

Town was sold out. Low cost hotel, smallest expected.

Could not check in until after 4. The pool closed at 8 which was early considering it was so hot and still light out.

Good price, staff was very nice & room was clean.

This hotel is adequate to spend the night. The beds are comfortable and there is a microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. The instructions for the television are not complete so someone from the office had to come show us how to work it. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but we could change the temperature.

The worst experience of our trip, we had to leave in the middle of the night and book a room at Motel 6 because huge cockroaches were running all over the room. The sink and shower were filthy on check in and the WiFi didn’t work. Don’t stay here!

Got to hotel and had requested a 1st floor room. They upgraded my room from Queen to King as they didn't have any Queen Rooms left on first floor. I had to ask for hand soap and towels, but the service was excellent and with smiles all around.

Room had an odor but I am very sensitive to that. Not aware that all room can have pets prior to booking. No guarantee no animals in our room previously. We are both very allergic

We were there for Mule Days and we knew would pay more. The condition of room was bad, dirt on walls. Door frames needed repair and paint. Towels thin and small for bath towels. Definitely not your best motel. Will say room looked very clean upon opening the door. In 5 days room never cleaned. All employees very kind , friendly and helpful

The hotel was fine. We booked it because it had a pool, When we arrived the pool was locked and you had no access. This was very disappointing since that was the main attraction and it was hot both days we were booked.. We requested a discount but the clerk was not authorized to issue a credit. I would have loved to just sit by the pool, there is no other area to sit outside. The location is close to downtown shopping another reason we picked this hotel. Bishop is a lovely little town..
