Top notch service and hospitality from staff. Only negative was looking at peeling caulking around bathtub. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable!

Staff was above and beyond gracious and accommodating

Gate key worked sometimes. Door to room wouldn’t lock. Other hotel guest key cards opened our door. I requested to speak to manager, never there. I requested a discount. Never got.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the rooms smelled musty, and everything felt wet because of the moisture in the room. The pool was nice and the ice machine was convenient. I wouldn't stay here again because it's way too small and the smell was awful. I felt dirty the whole time.

Hotel smelled terrible and was not clean

It was horrible you couldn’t close the door.My wife was scared all night..She put a chair at the door.The smell was horrible.Called the front desk the lady said her door wouldn’t close.It was the worse experience ever.

Nice staff at front desk. Room was clean and good size. Convenient location. Updated lobby and nice breakfast.

Originally booked for a week. Canceled as soon as we checked in. Hotel has Bugs, Roaches, the pool was dirty/green . Staff was nice and issued full refund.

The receptionist was very high, invited me to a threesom wanted me to bring her some drinks whilevshe was working. Service was terrible. Add to that someone knocked onthe door so hard my friend was freaked out so we left and went to another hotel for her safety

It’s not the most impressive property but every employee we met went above and beyond to help us. They were super helpful.

Too many mishaps pool wasn’t open and had to change rooms because the electricity didn’t work in the first will NEVER stay here again

Checked in around 3pm and was told the room may not be ready. I said ok, I'll be back this evening. I was there for a baseball tournament with 3 kids staying in my room, and had to get back to the fields for a game. I came back and got my key around 8:30-9pm. In the room there were no sheets on the bed, no pillowcases, and later I learned no towels, soap, or shower curtain. I made 4 visits to the front desk, and only one person was working, who said they would be down shortly to get things set up. Well every trip there were more angry people waiting in the lobby. Long story short it took almost 2 hours to get sheets, which I put on the beds myself. Never got towels, soap, or shower curtain. Asked again in the morning, and was told housekeeping would be right down. They never showed, and I had to leave before we got anything. The worst service I've ever had. The woman at the desk in the evening was very apologetic, but she was the only one at the entire hotel working that night. And this was for a room I paid about $180-$190. I'll never stay here again, and I will let everyone know coming for baseball from my area to avoid it like the plague.

Hotel was decent, clean rooms, nice new looking towels! Bed was comfy, clean and a huge tv which was great for movie buffs etc! Breakfast was very good, biscuits and Gravy and all other items on Sunday! Outdoor pool for kids! Nice place, 3 star not a 2 star hotel! Check em out for yourself

45 minute wait for check-in. Training a new clerk on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Breakfast was sub-par and not substantial enough for the amount of people at the hotel. Hours before the end of service, food was completely out. Seemed very short staffed. Lobby was leaking in front of desk the entire length on our stay. We were overcharged for our room and assistance to remedy the situation was and still is lacking.

The check in process and the customer service was horrible. It stood in line over 30mins just to check in. The front desk rep was trying to train a new employee when there was a line of other guests waiting to be checked in. Not to mention we were never told what the hold up was and there was no urgency at all.

They need more than one computer to check guests in. Staff needs training.

It was expensive considering it was under renovation and we had an not yet renovated room

It was an amazing hotel friendly staff good food, but do to invited paint in a remodeled pool area my family got paint all over our suits and clothes

The reception was so hostile that we did not even stay in spite of a pre-paid room.

Wow where do I start!!!!!! From the hotel not being able to find my reservation to being threatened to have my belongings thrown out of my room as I had stayed past my stay that didn’t end till the next day. Honest review….. The hotel seems to be going through renovation, but man no fresh paint can remove the horrible service I received. The room was very stuffy and the one chair in the room was stained and dirty. If I continue I would run out of character. If you are going to book here be sure to verify your stay with the front desk. Don’t arrive late for check in as it will screw everything up and if you want your room cleaned each day let them know. Beyond being called a liar by the front desk only to tell me that I was right and they were wrong the bed wasn’t too bad, but that chair was one for a horror movie. I’ll pay the money and stay somewhere better for sure -0 would be a better review!

Older property remodeled. The pool was not available as it was still under remodel. That was not noted when we booked the stay so we were disappointed to find out when arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stay away from this place. Looks nothing like Best Western I stayed in many times in different locations. This is more like a short stay motel. Drive up to the room, beads are not made, outdated, smelly and moldy , no phone in the room. I went back to front desk to change the room , this young lady didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, gave me another room which looked exactly the same. The sheets were thrown on top of the bed with holes and stains on them. We decided we would not stay there not a minute longer. Front desk lady ( with an attitude) said she can’t give me a refund and there was no way to contact the manager because the phones were not working. I got an email address to contact the manager but haven’t heard from him yet. I’m not giving up on my money, will contact corporate costumer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

No housekeeping service. Stayed for 3 nights, had to ask for fresh towels. If this is the policy, it should be made clear. Also had to get new key for each night because they would stop working. Very inconvenient as we were in the room furthest from check-in. The staff were friendly and the room overall was ok.
