Lovely hotel and staff.

Check in desk clerk was exceptionally nice. Hotel lobby nice and clean. Room furniture was dinged up & beds were softer than I prefer.

I was there two nights and my room was never cleaned, towels replaced and bed made. What kind of pigs are running Hilton hotels????

Great hotel. Beds are super comfy and same with the pillows. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, nice breakfast, terrible mattresses must be 20 years old, terrible pillows, nothing left to them, dirty stained carpets, don’t wear white socks

The rug needs shampooing, the curtains don't close???? Did hear noise in the night. Tv was ok size but, the screen was small and did not fill tv screen. Other than that room was great, I will nevee go through trivago again, our trip got canceled but still had to keep room. Burlington is a sad area with all the homelesd

Check-in attitude of staff was a bit "lukewarm," not rude... but not very warm or welcoming. An Assistant General Manager was also at the front desk with his head down... sorting keys? The check-in experience was quite different of recent Hampton Inn stays. Also, I had to ask for my water and snack. This could be due to lack of employee training? I will not stay at this property again. Thank you,

A newer building in a newer area. Very nice. Plenty of breakfast food. Quiet.

Front desk was wonderful and very friendly- breakfast great. My only complaint would be the no refundable deposit for our 11 lb four legged friend. I get the deposit but that room was left like we found it and after the usual cleaner when a guest leaves it would be ready for the next guest.

Supposed non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke.

Clean and comfy

The breakfast staff and front desk was very friendly and helpful for the few questions we needed answered. It was the price we paid, to stay in what felt like a motel setting. The hotel is pet friendly, which you don’t see often and is awesome if you have a pet. Our room upon walking in smelled like musty wet dog smell. We opened the windows right off but you could still smell it when we got back later on. Our drain in the bathroom shower didn’t work, but staff was very friendly and quick to help fix the problem. The pool area was okay. After looking at other reviews it seems like the hole in the pool area ceiling has been there for a month or longer because it was still broken when we stayed. The bathroom attached to the pool had no toilet paper for the 2 days we stayed and a full trash (we did let them know the first day). All these things wouldn’t have been a huge deal if the price wasn’t over $200 for 1 night.

Location was ideal. Somewhat dated.

The property doesn't have the staff to keep the floors in the rooms and common areas clean except for the breakfast area. The rooms had loose fixtures in the bathroom. The air intake for the air conditioner was full of dust and lint. The outside area by the pool was unkept. The pool seemed to be clean but the filter wasn't running.

As a handicap individual, I was able to get around with ease including the use of the pool. Also the Zero Brand products were excellent.

Nice facility and very convenient for the purposes of my stay in Burlington. The Lighthouse Restaurant was just a few steps away (and we were there during a major storm) and the food was excellent. As was the breakfast bar. The only thing I would ding the place on was the very soft mattress.

Nice Inn. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet was great and spread out so many people could be there at the same time. Pool was also clean, temp was perfect. Check out was also quick and easy

We had a nice time at the Hampton Inn in Colchester. It was convenient to the area's we were visiting. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from cereal to waffles.

Love the Hampton Inn. Easy access from the highway. Pet friendly and a nice breakfast selection. Approachable friendly staff members. We made reservation for two rooms and one of our room has dog hair on the couch and floor so they immediately sent a staff member to clean our room.

Everything as expected, nice breakfast and big parking lot.
