Great hotel to stay in when in LaCrosse. I have stayed there many times in the past and was impressed with some updates that they have made. Perfect location and beautiful views of the river. Convenient to walk to many restaurants in the area.

Our room was definitely not cleaned before we checked in. We arrived late and with 3 kids, we didn’t have a choice but to stay. There was an old sandwich in the fridge and dust on everything in the bathroom. It had not been vacuumed. We even question whether the sheets had been changed. We were told that there was nothing that could be done because we booked through a 3rd party site. Will not stay here again.

The stay was good, but one couple was charged for their room and I pre paid for all 3, and they got a rate quite a bit lower, so that’s not a good thing.

We booked because it was a Radisson hotel and that usually comes with quality! Not this time the front desk at check in was fine then we went to the room it was a handicap room we are not handicapped when you sat in the bed it went to the floor we went and told the front desk and they did not care and would not refund any money. My husband went and talked to Charles the manager and he said no problem I will cancel the reservation and refund the money. We left and left the money was never refunded like Charles said but I booked through Hotels.com and one call to them and the representative from them took care of our issue in minutes please forgive me we can not remember her name SUPER friendly and nice and thank you again!

Room was ok, very average, expected more for the price. Room was musty at arrival, the bathroom is small with very little counter space and a low ceiling. The elevators had the same weird smell everytime we used them.

Nice hotel, great location, quiet, decent lounge with reasonable hours. Did not eat here. Room was reasonably clean, but lumpy bed and TERRIBLE water spots and dirt on outside of windows. Could barely see out!
Also overpriced $350 with tax. I realize it’s a busy weekend but that was excessive!

We were in town to visit our college son. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have liked a warmer comforter on the bed, but otherwise it was a nice stay. We also enjoyed that the bar was open late.

We attended the Town Hall for President Trump, and we were beyond ecstatic that they allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot the next day during the whole event. That totally scored BIG points with us!!

Always enjoy Radisson. Team members, staff, house keeping were excellent. Rooms need updating. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom fans don’t seem to do the job and our room was just ok.

Wonderful 3 nights on the 7th floor. The staff suggested the upgrade to the 7th floor to be above the trees and our view of the river was fantastic. Just a warning that rooms on lower floors, while on the river side might have a fairly obstructed view of the river because of all the trees. Wintertime is probably not as much of an issue. The room was not large but adequate and had been redone serveral years ago it seemed. Staff was very responsive to any concerns. The energy of being off the RIverside Park was wonderful. Good eating all within easy walking distance.0

We thought everything was lively except shower was low pressure and hard to adjust water temperature, and fitted sheet was not big enough for the mattress so it kept pulling off the mattress.
Charles on he front desk was very helpful as was Mia, our server at breakfast.
Loved the riverfront location.
Would be helpful if you could advise in your confirmation that GPS will direct us to the WRONG side of the hotel — we did not know that and with difficulty hauled our bags up two sets of stairs to enter the west side of the hotel. If we had been advised, we would have parked in the parking lot on the west side and been able to roll our suitcases directly into the hotel.
Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice property with awesome views of the river! Lovely area to walk around with lots of activity! Great restaurant on property as well. The downfall to the property is it smelled like bleach as soon as you walked in, your room, and my sheets/bedding. Too much on the senses and made my skin itch.
