There was no stay because my daughter was not allowed to sign in, despite having paid. When I called to try to help her correct the situation, the front-desk person was completely unhelpful. When I stated, "so you're okay with my daughter having no place to stay?" The answer was, "that's not our problem." This hotel is horrid and I would never book it again.

The room was fine. We did not have service to clean our room for two days. We made multiple requests but we did not receive help.
We used the towels for shower, etc for 3 days w/o exchange.
The hotel is not close to anything.
Make sure you have a rental car.
( restaurants , etc)

The hotel is a great place to stay offering a shuttle to the airport as well as parking while on your flight. Yinye was helpful and friendly during checkin.

Hotel is nice, but located outside the city in the middle of nowhere. You can’t walk and enjoy the area. You absolutely need to take a taxi to cross the highway

Hotel was old and very dated. Front desk service at check in was not friendly, when asked about shuttle she never told us you had to sign up for it. Bar had little to nothing, food was marginal at best. Place was very dirty. Elevator wreaked of weed. Would never book here again

Although the lobby area is very nice and staff was friendly, the floor I was on was very old, outdated, dirty, LOW ceilings. Seems like they tried to remodel in the least expensive way possible by covering up the old. My room had an old, funky hotel room smell. Not pleasant at all, unfortunately.

Nice staff, but confusing layout of building. Cannot find elevators to rooms when in main atrium of Hotel. TV in room on Dish connection for cable, which gets no reception when it rains. We would get 10 minutes of a show - then no reception for 30 min.

Super convenient for our early morning flight

Stayed here for an early flight. Got there at 9:30 pm and our room was set at 75 degrees. Turned thermostat down to 68 and it was 73 when we left at 4:30 AM for our flight. Got about 3 hours of sleep bc it was so hot we were sweating. Temp outside was like 80 but still expected a comfortable stay. Too late to ask for maintenance so we suffered. Other than that, great location. Very quick to IND. Easy check in and nice people working there.

Room was big and modern. The bathroom shower ran out of hot water within 15 minutes, it took a while for hot to flow again. The breakfast was a bit pricey.
Overall an ok place to stay for a couple of nights.

Only issue is listing says they have a pool and they do not. They closed it a year ago.

Property was well kept and the staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and decent sized; however during the summer they were very warm and the ancient and incredibly loud AC made it hard to sleep and could hardly keep up.

Sandy and all of the staff, including the restaurant staff, we fabulous. No reason to ever stay anywhere else when we come to Indianapolis.

Great place to stay if you need a place near the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Good availability of snacks and quick meals in the small hotel shop. They also have a restaurant on site, but we did not utilize it. Also lots of sitting areas if you wanted a place outside your room to sit and chat.

My room’s air conditioner was broken. The hotel maintenance man tried over and over to fix it but could not and I was given two box fans. The rest of the hotel was a nice place but I was at no point comfortable in my room.

I pulled back the curtains and lots of dirt and cob webs around the top of the window also bathroom seemed clean but needed painting, new caulk, a general re-fresh is needed. Hotel is remote and with no bar service until 5pm and no food service all day, besides convenience store snack food, it was quite inconvenient. I had no car so I expected some type of bar/restaurant open most of the day. It’s too remote to walk anywhere else.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially the manager. Our first room was very tight, the bed was faced in an angle, I couldn’t open the bathroom door all the way because the bathtub is right behind it. The room overall felt so tight and the awkward position of the bed gave me anxiety. I called front desk, and the manager quickly offered us another room for the same price. It’s a bigger room and a bigger bathroom space. However, it smelled like cigarettes smoke. The manager called our room to check if we’re okay, and we told her the room smelled like cigarette smoke, so she immediately sent a maid to spray the room and that solved the problem. Since then, it was pleasant for the rest of the day. Thank you for the amazing and friendly staff for making us comfortable.

Our window was so foggy, I could hardly see through it. Given that the hotel had multiple empty rooms, I guess we were not valuable enough to the hotel to give us a room with normal windows. I would expect it from a lower-graded hotel, not the hotel that has 8.0 on Expedia.
