We ended our stay early because I felt uncomfortable with how dirty the room was. There were bugs. I will say, when I asked to cancel our last night without penalty the staff member was very nice and understanding and did so with no problem. She did offer to move rooms but with our baby - between the volume of items we had and my lack of faith that the other room would be clean, it was just better for us to check out.

Pool and hot tub were closed….not advertised and no email warning. Front desk could care less when we mentioned that the only reason we came to this hotel was because of the pool. One of my employees even bought a bathing suit before we came in anticipation. The rooms are old and out dated. There isn’t even a plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The balcony went over the pool that wasn’t open so it was almost rubbing it in….then some people were smoking cigarettes and weed in the atrium indoor area. Both rooms were gross. They did give us breakfast coupons in the end for Denny’s about the pool closure….the Denny’s need some work too. Very old and out dated. Their bathroom was TERRIBLE. Also, the Moxies is a block down the road. Not even on the same property. Won’t stay here again. Save your money.

OVER ALL A GOOD CLEAN PLACE TO STAY LONGER WAIT FOR CHECK IN THEN EXPECTED AS WE HAD ALREADY DONE SO EARLIER IN THE DAY AND THEN THE DOOR KEY CARD HAD NOT BE REGISTERED SO HAD TO SEE STAFF AGAIN. GOOD COFFEE/TEA MACHINE BY RECEPTION. WOULD STAY AGAIN IF NEED BE

Sandman hotels are showing their age everywhere, and this property is no different. I am always left feeling i should have spent more elsewhere than saved a few dollars and stayed at a Sandman. Underwhelmed

Room and hallways reek of smoke and weed. Smoke and weed were wafting up from below, so we had to leave the balcony and close all the windows. The room is ok, but definitely seen better days (very run down), just like the rest of the property. The pool/hot tub were also closed. The stove in our suite was missing and the coffee machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the early 90s.
We won't be staying here again.

The hotel room was OK. it was dusty and there was a dead bug on the window ledge. The blind did not retract. The pool and hot tub were not working.

The hotel was very clean and efficient with their front staff. However our room was never made throughout the weekend even with out the “do not disturb sign on the door”. Very convenient to have Denny's restaurant attached!

I wish there was a note that the pool was not usable. I booked specifically seeing the photos of the pool and wanting to use it. Pretty disappointing to not get to use it and that’s there was nothing on Expedia or the sandman website for it. Also there were cobwebs on the walls which makes me not very confident in their cleaning practices.

Only thing something i like it Dining places are close by ..Comes under the budget cause of No pool and Hot tub working . No breakfast included . A/C inside the room makes terrible noise whole night . C/O about it next day and got changed the A/C unit and got some complimentary coupons for Bfast. Next time think twice would go experiment other places...

Unfortunately our room was not ready at the 4pm check in time and we had an event to be at, at 4:45pm so we’re hoping we could check in earlier. The room was in the tower and was very large and clean. We were out all day and returned in the evening to find our room hadn’t been cleaned which wasn’t a big deal but we wanted fresh towels. When we called the front desk to inquire we were told we should have put the sign out. The only sign we had in our room was a “do not disturb” and we were not told this when checking in. The lobby of both the main hotel and tower were not very tidy.

Room was very small, dark with limited storage. There was something dripping down the one wall that needed to be cleaned up. The pool and hot tub was not operational and there was limited communication regarding that issue. Was told we were in the tower, only to find out we were in the atrium.

We booked this hotel expecting access to a pool however the facilities were inoperable. The pool and hot tub were under maintenance until September. Second issue, we had called earlier to see if room would be available early. They said no which was fine. We arrived at 230pm to check in, the room still wasnt available so we went for lunch. We returned at 430pm and the room still was not ready. They claimed they were short staffed and didnt have cleaners available. We couldn't enter our room until 545 pm. For what we paid this was way over priced and poor facility.

A super friendly hotel. Staff was wonderful and prompt when we needed something. Great location. Just a walk across the street from shopping and dining options. The only down side is the pool was closed for maintenance. But the area looked beautiful and well maintained. Will stay again.

Out of the staff control - pool facilities were not working (we were told at check in they weren’t working for weeks), however we were never made aware. Cleanliness was lacking. We had a free update to a suite and ended up switching to a standard because it wasn’t great. Dirty bedding, dirty throw pillows, dirty furniture, ect..

Pool was not in service, being put in the basement corner, dark and noisy, moxies was shut down, service at the bar one was terrible even though there was only 4 other people there.
