Older than expected, fresh paint doesn't always cover everything. Bathroom door s/be replaced, looked like someone didn't know how to work the lock and shouldered the door open . The room doors locks were slow to accept the magnetic key if at all.
Breakfast was acceptable but staff didn't keep up with utensils & plates. Coffee was closer to the front desk so no one knew where to find it in stead of by the other juice machine etc. Other than that staff was friendly.

The keys did not work well, we had to try 5 or 6 times every time. The lady at the front was very nice though. Also, they did not give shampoo for the shower.

This stay was good for wjat we needed, which was just a place to crash for a few hours on a long road trip with our dog. We arrived around 10pm or so and the person who checked us in was pleasant, and when asked what time breakfast opened, she told me 6am. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hallways were a bit rundown. The following morning we get up to grab breakfast and hit the road, load up the car and go in to grab breakfast at 6:10 and there was no staff to be seen and another customer had been waiting for a while. The staff came out of the office around 6:15 but with another customer waiting and set up for breakfast we couldn’t wait around to see when breakfast would be ready. That part was certainly disappointing but the stay was otherwise good for what we needed and what we paid.

The hotel denied check-in, claiming the confirmation number my son provided was not on their list and that all rooms were sold out. When I called the front desk, I encountered the same issue and was advised to contact hotels.com. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter with them, the front desk simply placed them on hold. I strongly advise against booking through third-party services or staying at this hotel, as my son ended up securing another hotel at double the price.

In the morning the girl at the desk was also working the breakfast room. She was busy checking people out and trying to fill the breakfast items at the same time. The breakfast items were out at times and she was working as best she could. Short staffed made breakfast time hectic.

Early checkins were not allowed so it was midnight when we did check in. The person at the desk was rude. The room was clean and looked nice but was musty smelling. We were told when we checked in there was breakfast in the morning but there was no breakfast. Very disappointing experience.

When we pulled up it was dark and there were no outside lights. No lights on the parking area or walking up to the front doors. At first we thought maybe it was closed It made me a little nervous. I worried about my car. If my husband was not with me I would have gone somewhere else. Everything else was fine.

Great location. Easy to get downtown and to Memorial Stadium. Hotel just could use a little update but was clean and quiet despite being close to the airport.

The property is okay during the day. There’s no outside lighting. We got there about 9:30PM and the parking area was totally dark. The staff was okay. And the place was clean.

No lights working in the parking lot/hotel sign. Breakfast served from 6:00-9:00. We went to breakfast at 7:45. There was no hot food(eggs), total cold cereal was empty and no milk. Nothing was refilled while we were in the dining area.

The proberty was old put could be nice the grounds around needs to be renovated. The rooms were clean put lots of landlord special fixes instead of doing them right, there was only like 4 channels on over the air antenna for t.v. , the bath tub handle was hard to figure out becouse it was peiced together. Put you get what you pay for the price was good. I would stay again for the price.

While the bed looked nice it was very hard and uncomfortable. I guess I am used to a softer bed. The entire place was spotless but wore out and needs some care. For the price I would stay again just for the clean rooms.

Awful property. Horrendous management by GM Janetta. Very unfriendly, unhelpful and just rude lazy people. Would let anyone check in before 3pm. Rooms were cleaned and ready. Like of 3 we’re all waiting until 3pm, right at 3pm all 3 people waiting got their rooms, meaning the rooms were ready. I was waiting from 230-3pm for this. Just horrible management in the hospitality industry
Pool is broken and nasty looking, only the bike works in fitness center with no AC working in it.
The breakfast is awful and cheap. Water is always out and never filled. No other water source on site.
Property is ugly and poorly maintained. Was not worth 160/night. Motel 6 studio across the road looked way better for 88$!
Radisson corp should be ashamed of this property.

When traveling through this is all you need, it’s cleaner and easier than the other similar and more expensive in the area. The staff is always friendly and accurate. We’ve stayed here several times a year for the last 10 years and it’s just smooth sailing and always clean. A few times when this hotel was booked we stayed at the others. This is really all you need when sleeping 6-7 hours and leaving.
