Great customer service

My room was quite dusty, especially on top of the coffee maker and desk. The bathtub was dirty, and the sink wasn’t draining at all. The most unpleasant aspect for me was the overpowering smell upon entering the building. For the price I paid, I would not recommend this place

The rooms were nice and good for the price point. However the service was lacking and staff was so limited it effected the check in process, breakfast foods, and check out process. One person was doing breakfast set up and checkout (who had a little attitude). When we asked for help to check out they were rude and we had to ask a second time to get help. To top it off the breakfast was not great. Eggs were dry and sausage was poor. Not the best. The pool looked nice and cleaning staff friendly but the service could be a lot better

The hotel was average, and we pretty much booked just to sleep and shower there. The location was ok, located in the back of another hotel. Staff was nice. What really bothered me was that one of the towels had a yellow stain. We were only staying for one night, but once we saw the stain on the towel we didn't even feel comfortable to take a shower.

Hotel was clean and quiet, however in the evening we wanted to buy snacks and no attendant could be found, in the morning a house keeper opened our door as we were getting ready, otherwise our stay was just fine .

Staff were friendly. But the property had a weird smell to it, especially in the hallway. The rooms are out dated. Needs to work on cleaning. The bathtub was very dirty and when I sleep in the bed I keep feeling something bit me and itchy was from the bed. Led parking light a very bright and will shine into the room even with curtain drawn

Got to room where there was hair all over the bathroom. Then had to listen to the adjoining rooms tv. The refrigerator was humming so loud I had to prop my suitcase up against it just to quit it down enough to fall asleep. Then when I woke in the morning I noticed the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling!! Granted my eyes aren’t the best, but on the back of the door it tells you the check in time of 3. Every hotel I have stayed at in the last few days of my travel had the check out time NOT the check in time on the door. Who puts the check in time on the door?? If you are in the room you are checked in! Then when I told the manager at check out about my issues with the room he said did you tell us this when you checked in? I said no I had not seen the room yet! Never will I stay here again. FYI stayed at same chain in downtown Spokane and it was amazing!

Drug addicts roam around and group up around the hotel, breakfast was empty by 8 and only choices to choose from was a bagel, waffle and fruit. Definitely hide all expensive belongings in your trunk and lock it up.

No main and medium towel ready to use And must explained to receptionist they’re not put towel and toilet sink it’s not drain.

Overall the hotel was nice. We were in room 125. We thought the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Accessing the hotel property was tricky due to its location, but that's not a big deal. The AC wasn't fully operational which was frustrating. It would turn on for a couple minutes then turn off for awhile, even though it was still hot and muggy in the room. Maybe the thermostat was broken? It did blow cold air when it decided to turn on. We had it on the coolest setting and it didn't improve its function. The bathroom sink only had warm water-- we couldn't get it to ever go cold. Not the end of the world, but having both water temperatures available is ideal. Hopefully the AC issues was only a problem in just the room we had. Although the breakfast room was exceptionally warm too.

Very clean great customer service

It was a good cheap(ish) stay. just needed a place for the nigjt. uses dove soap that was nice.

Everything was good about this hotel having a microwaves is very convenient of you have babys.The only thing that Disappointed me Very much was having the employee knock on my door at 11:15 AM telling me too hurry up and check out. When I had put "late check-out " I even showed her on my phone and she said it didn't pop on her computer. I had to rush and get my kids out. They don't even do this in 5 star hotel why couldnt they just called instead of kocking 😒

The room was not clean. Somebody’s old shirt and drinks were still in the room stains on the bed. The shower didn’t work and there was no shampoo that should have been easily refilled. Just a terrible experience.

The manager at front desk was rude and terrible!! We were told we could do early check in the week prior and got their and manager at desk told us absolutely not and earliest we can come was 2PM and was rude about it. When we were able to check in he only gave us a single key and we had to go back for a second one. There was a huge red stain on carpet and when we showed him the picture so we wouldn’t be charged he said he already knew. There was a light that didn’t work in our room either. I bought a nail clipper from the Safeway at store and couldn’t open it. When I went to the front desk to ask if the manager could open it; he accused me of taking it from their conscience area, when I said you don’t even sell nail clippers here is when he calmed down. Aside from the beds being very comfortable my husband and I will never stay here again.

Parth was as good as gold.

Housekeeping was not done, even after requesting it from the staff.

The staff upon check-in was not very friendly and the first impression of the hotel and the room was not very good. Pool hours didn't open until 10:00 am in the morning, and had to 'sign-out' towels to use in the pool. Everything we asked for made it seem like we were thieves looking to steal from their hotel. Continental breakfast was okay and staff there was lovely.

Specifically picked this hotel for the pool. It was closed 3 of 4 days, and when it did open there was glass in the bottom of the pool. Our toilet was leaking from the bottom and was somehow so hot it was leaking condensation from the lid. Pretty disappointed

I liked that when they cleaned the room they really cleaned the room. Some hotels are whatever about it but here it looks like the cared. Place is a little run down but it's nice. I would definitely stay again.

Catd kept getting canceled

We picked this hotel because it was convenient to where we needed to work. The checkin process was slow and while the person helping us was friendly, he seemed overwhelmed. Also, the printer wasn't working and so we were asked to sign blank sheets of paper (with dates written on them) as part of checkin process. My room was missing a lot of towels. All of the TV channels were fuzzy or converted incorrectly. The breakfast ran out of several items (like eggs); so many guests had to wait and wait and wait for the gal to take notice and fix the issues. $4 for a soda out of their pantry was robbery!! However, I had a quiet and comfortable sleep.

This hotel was gross, there were used towels in the bathroom and stains on the floor. It was loud and I wouldn’t recommend.

It was dirty found pair on tub and towels that we supposively cleaned, low quality breakfast, bad service, someone came into my room that did not have permission to access. There was a crime scene which was horrible a experience and the stairway smelled like urine. The elevator moved before door closed. My family and I was so unhappy and would like a full refund.

This place is horrible with the rudest customer service ! Do not stay even if you are on a budget! Trust it’s not worth it! The hotel smells as soon as you walk in, the staff is horrible and the rooms are dirty! But here’s the kicker…I only stayed for one night because our reservation was canceled upon arrival. The front receptionist we encountered ( Roman, I believe was his name) informed me that I had to reservation. I asked him to check again and showed him my Expedia confirmation. He said the reservation was canceled but couldn’t give me a reason why and tried blaming it Expedia. Without getting into further detail, Expedia was not at fault and the hotel had no accountability or apology or accommodation for their actions. Especially the worker with blonde hair and mustache. He is extremely rude and admitted to canceling our reservation for no apparent reason . With a smirk smile on his face! Our softball team was staying there and they all complained about the same person, dirty room , horrible breakfast and rude staff! Thankfully Expedia resolved the problem and put us at a different hotel. I highly recommended not even looking at this hotel and spend a bit more for a Quality hotel. This is 0 stars.
