1st stay about a year ago. great. This time, complete opposite. Room dirty, smelled, carpet stained up. Dirty Kleenex by bed that were never cleaned up. Microwave had to be wiped out before use. splatters all over. Was just nasty.

No carpeting in rooms and wasn't clean.

Staff was very rude and would not allow me to extend my stay

Breakfast was very basic - and all carbs. I was glad for the coffee, but when the price said "breakfast included", I expected a little bit more. Cereal, a muffin and a granola bar was ok, but I was hoping for maybe a bit of fruit and protein of some sort as well (hard-boiled egg?).

One of the draws for reserving the room was the kitchenette. I brought food that I needed for the time I was there, but didn't realize the room didn't come equipped with at least a hot water kettle, a cup, plate, utensils... I saw later that kitchenware was apparently available by request at the front desk, but I thought it would be included, given the price.

Not much.

Sheets were scratchy. Pathetic blanket--freezing, had to use my own blanket. Very noisy upstairs neighbors, like a herd of elephants at 2 in the morning. Smoking right in front of the entrance every day. Seems to have become a down scale hotel for the homeless.

Breakfast was poor. No juice, no yogurt. Nothing hot except coffee. No coffee service in the room as advertised. Poor response from front desk when pots and pans and in room coffee service were requested. False advertising. Booking.com should change amenities. Standard Covid copout. Can't do anything because of covid. No bed making. No clean towels. No in room coffee service. Cops in the lobby. This property is a poor value! Will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Staff were friendly.

Only real problem. Lights either out or blinking in the kitchenette and bathroom. Reported it to front desk but nobody came to fix it.

It had a roof. There were locks on the door.

When the fire alarm went off, the front desk person was in a panic. When questions were asked about it she should have just directed everyone outside because, you know, there could have been a fire. All she kept saying was i dont know, we have been having this issue. The multiple dogs in rooms was overwhelming with barking and the coming and goings into their rooms. The outside of the property was unacceptable. Multiple cars being fixed or worked on. The dog poop all over including the parking lot itself. The trash that was left. We were there 3 nights and the same dirty diaper and shoe was there in the parking lot. I could feel the springs in the bed.

The front desk had no idea how to check us in and we arrived at 3 am, tired and wanting to sleep. It took 45 mins for her to figure out how to get scan my id and finally give us a key
