Housekeeping did not clean our room. Not worth $550 a day. Jacked rates because of the Packers game

There was a curtain laying on the floor when we arrived. The rod and all was laying there. There were little issues…parts of the floor were not cleaned, there was a big cobweb in the top corner of a window. There was no light on a table—you had to have all the lights on to work on the table, although there was a desk lamp on the “desk”. I had a muffin from the breakfast buffet that was dry. You have to pay to park. There is a door or something missing in the wet bar area. Not well kept up.

Everything was amazing, from the check in to the room to the check out. Most importantly the continental breakfast was absolutely outstanding. We stayed three days and ate every morning, we didn’t want to miss it.

Has a shuttle for Game Day!!! Great views & not in a super busy part of town. Close to some restraunts walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again. You do pay for parking daily FYI.

Breakfast food selection was a nice variety with many selections and good flavor. Hot entrees were delicious. Dining and food service area was very clean and well stocked.

Bed was so close to the wall could get out, handicapped room was small couldnt get around in wheelchair much. Limited space for storage and baggage.

Honestly great hotel and very convenient location near restaurants and the river. BUT the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t lock and you can still see in through a gap. We need to normalize having solid hotel bathrooms. The people want real doors. That’s all.

Hotel was easy to find and right on the walking trail along the river. Ample parking, but you had to pay to park. That was not mentioned when booking the hotel. A way for them to charge more without showing it in their rates.

I am so disgusted. I booked a handicap room, since I was traveling with a friend with spina bifada (she is paralyzed from the waist down) and stage 4 cancer. We did not get a handicap room, in fact the bath had a tub and it was very tight for a wheel chair. The sinks were too high for my friend to use. When I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning, she shrugged and said "well, book thru Hilton next time" and walked away. I stay at many, many Hilton hotels during the year and this just has me infuriated that they would not care about someone who is TRULY handicapped.

Our boys were there for a baseball tournament but in between games they were able to grab their fishing poles and fish right near the hotel. Breakfast was good .

What a great hotel and location in Green Bay! Had a great three day stay 3 night stay there. Especially good location for the 4th of July festival!

Very convenient if attending an event at the KI Convention Center. Free breakfast has healthy options. Good restaurants in walking distance and nice area for walking along the river.

We have stayed at this property twice. The guy at the front desk was friendly. Property is located next to fox river and you can walk along it. Restaurants and shopping are within a 10 min drive.

The hotel was in a nice spot on the Fox River. We enjoyed the stay, but the employees is what made it worth it. The breakfast crew were some of the nicest hotel employees I have ever encountered.
