It was a basic hotel. We stayed in a king suite. It basically had a living room area and a bedroom. Plenty of space for the price I think it was a great deal!

The room was very clean and comfortable, appreciated the refrigerator in the room to keep cooler items cold. The full breakfast was very good to start the day.

Room was spacious and had great flow. Unfortunately the rooms carpets left our feet black and the carpet on the wall was peeling off and staples were hanging out.

They had no towels and when I called down to ask the man said they don’t have any because no one is in house keeping. The room that I booked online was not the same one we got in and when I told them about that, he said it must be a scam picture and changed me into a different room that still wasn’t right. The TV was not working in the new room and the couch was very uncomfortable. My baby had to sleep on the floor.

We had to put duct tape on the stopper in the bathtub because it wouldn't work the stopper in the sink was broken that was rust coming out of the bathtub broken boards behind the TV stand was supposed to get a room that had a living room and it and received a room with just a bit of TV pretty much a shack I'm very unhappy and I'm pleased with it

Some noteable disrepair, for example a crater jn the carpet outside my door and molding in the bathroom ceiling. My double queen room also had a very odd couch space that was tucked in a corner with no wall decor and no view of a TV
Housekeep "didn't see" a nice button up shirt that was accidentally left in the closet. I called just 2 hrs after checkout time
Hard to relax after a graveyard shift, was constantly hearing doors slamming open / closed in the hallway

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was nasty. My granddaughter said the gravy looked vomit and she was telling the truth. We ended up buying breakfast at Cracker Barrel. The app said I needed to complete my reservation so I did. I found out the hotel that I two rooms reserved. I told them that I was supposed to have only one. They canceled the other one but they took out rooms from my bank account. 😡😡

This is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm traveling. They are very pleasant and go out of their way to help when you have a problem. I would definitely recommend.

Need plugins for odor. Or odorizer for room. Shampoo carpet in room it had cigarette smell. Better light in room. All lights were dim. Staff was pleasant. Had a flood 1st floor staff seem to handle it well. Breakfast was up & going. Room appeared clean just dark and odor. Had a okay stay.

The lobby flooded. Breakfast area smelled like sewer, so we didn’t even go in there. The carpeting is rippled so I believe the flooding is a frequent problem. Our shower ceiling was ready to cave in. Horrible experience

Lucky enough to land here when working in the area. Beautiful place and staff were excellent to me. My room was so comfortable, private and quiet. Best nights sleep in a while. Will definitely stay again on future visits.

The staff of the hotel is super friendly and welcoming. They are the best part of the hotel. We were in a spacious room and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were not great, but we slept fine. It was also clean.

Location was the issue with this place. Bad area full of a rough crowd. Sat in my truck and watched a scary fight between a couple in the parking lot.

Very nice and clean room and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good with several items to choose from.

The desk person seemed annoyed that we were there. Same person still at desk the next morning so assume they are short staffed. No soap, shampoo, or anything in room. Bathroom in need of remodel. Morning breakfast was only half stocked and rude guests were grabbing and hoarding everything in sight. One good thing...room appeared clean.

Stayed in couple different hotels over 7 months from here to wynn Ar while in town working, and this by far was my best experience. Not pet friendly but I acknowledged my animals are service animals and if it was an issue I would try somewhere else and they reassured me it was not an issue and they honored it. Had to switch rooms to get tv in both rooms in suite knowing i would be here long term. Not an issue. Clean, nice decor and cleaning staff.

No close options in walking distance for dining except Cracker Barrel, which was filthy and sad looking inside.

The location was convenient and the people were very friendly. Housekeeping was not available and we had to call multiple times for towels that never showed.
There was also a strong smell of marijuana when you walked into the lobby.

Conveniently located but condition was poor at best. Carpet and tile in rooms dirty and sticky. Tack strips exposed at thresholds and dangerous. Common areas dirty. Breakfast area with broken equipment and also not the cleanest. Missing brealfast items. Not a place we would recommend or return to. Needs renovations desperately.

For the room to be almost $200 a night, it was extremely overpriced! Images located on website are quite deceiving and the overall condition of the room was gross. The bathroom showed evidence of mold. The beds lacked support. Carpet was dingy and there was a smell of mildew. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am very disappointed to have payed the amount I did for such circumstances

The Front Desk Staff were friendly and eager to please. They did a room change to accommodate our needs and offered to upgrade to a suite.
Housekeeping worked hard, was friendly, and helpful. Maintenace Our room was spacious but needed updating. Bathtub had been resurfaced and was slippery, needed a bath matt. We had a warm breakfast but the attendant wasn't able to keep up with the demands.
