Nice hotel , Very close to amphitheater and amazing staff.

Great hotel in great location. Walkable to train station and Verona. Hotel certainly lives up to its name in decor - it really is a gem! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and OMG the breakfast was AMAZING!! So easy to walk everywhere and all the sites, but not so close that you’d be disturbed at night. The only thing I missed was an English TV channel that wasn’t the news - over 500 tv channels but all were in Italian other than two news channels.

A very warm, helpful and caring check-in process. Mara, the Front Desk Agent, set us up for a great stay including the best places to visit and eat, and including those less exciting things but important, such as car parking and laundry. She greeted us like old friends every time we entered the hotel and passed by her. She truly cares about her guests. The room was quite comfortable and the breakfast buffet was high quality and very good. A wonderful way to start the day.

Hotel staff were lovely, professional and extremely helpful. The hotel however was something else. There was a huge leak in the lobby on our arrival, which meant there were continues works throughout our stay and had no access to water for a bit during one of the days, did not make for a pleasant experience.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Friendly and helpful professional staff. They automatically at check in give you a map of the town and highlight all local tourist attractions. They even have partnered with few local businesses restaurants and shops that either give you free drink or discounts. The hotel is well located to train station. Easy walking around the old town. The room is authentic Italian Venetian style decor. However their Lobby and breakfast dinning area is very nicely modern mixed with Venetian design. Hopefully they’ll duplicate this into the rooms as well. The property has outdoor garden to relax in as well. Next to the elevator they have placed books, pamphlets or flyers of upcoming events , museums for visitors. We enjoyed this property and location. Wr arrived from Venice by train, took taxi to get to hotel. 5 minutes ride which cost us 11euros well worth it because we had our luggage’s. Rest of time we walked to the station doing our day trips to lake garda. Great experience! Highly recommend this hotel due to its proximity to everything and clean organized friendly staff.

Great location, close to arena

The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast experience needs a serious upgrade. Regular coffee, as opposed to espresso based coffees, is self into cups with no saucers. The cups very much need saucers, they are not saucer-less mugs. On both days we were there the coffee cups ran out, and the cereal bowls ran out. The service of the staff members, bar one, was reflective of holiday temps, out of place in a 5-star establishment. The physical space, too, is a bit like a gym being used for cafeteria service.

Very nice hotel located at walking distance from the Arena and the old town: spacious rooms and top quality service. Car park is located withing 50 metres from the hotel.

Great location and friendliness of staff. Bathroom (shower) in our queen room was a little small given high price of room. Would stay again though as the positives outweighed

This was the perfect place for us to start our Italian adventure. A mix of close enough to both the train station and town centre, but far enough away that it was not noisy. Very comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

Lovely hotel overall -- but -- The room's heat could not be adjusted. The room was too hot. The front desk turned the heat off from a central location, which helped slightly, but the room could not be cooled. Opening windows was an option but air quality was poor when we stayed in early February.
