Really basic hotel (reception, services and room). Location is good with food options in walking distance.

The room was not very well cleaned to a point I had to wear my shoes as I had to wash my feet twice. The bathroom floor was also super dirty, what is surprising as they have a 5 hours gap between the check out and in hours. The pillows were of terrible quality even for a not too expensive hotel. The air conditioning was super old, noisy and was liking water inside the room. Pros: The shower pressure was good and the beds are comfortable. The location is also good and convenient.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to a variety of restaurants. Breakfast would have been a bonus.

For the price i paid, I was expecting a working air conditioner. It took almost all night for the room to cool off. Front desk service really poor. Not a welcome, not even a smile!

Beds were dirty, windows and mirrors not cleaned..(hand prints all over them) Very basic and not friendly at front desk

This place was more like a motel than a hotel! Not worth the price.

All positive except for the pillows are uncomfortable. It took me a while to get to sleep. And the AC unit is terribly loud. 20 min drive in to old town Quebec which is not bad

Hotel bit old & run down but the room was nice(renovated) & clean, quiet, mattress kinda ok, clean linen but under sized for the mattress. Looked like they’re using queen bed sheets on king mattress. Again, old style shower/tub acrylic unit not designed for 6’ tall ppl, shower head too low. Elevator a bit old & somewhat noisy. Besides from the room, hotel probably needs a major overall update & upgrade. Old style room keys with magnetic strips that didn’t work a few times, had to get it reset. No breakfast included for $155/ngt…! Kinda cheap! Would probably book a different hotel next time with breakfast included but will surely cost more. I give this place a 6/10.

Well the smell on that floor and the room was extremely tangent. Must have been a previous smoking floor. The room was clean and nice but couldn’t stay past the stinge as I also had my kids with me. Left after 35 minutes and never got a refund.

The hotel is well situated, we liked it there. But the washroom needs a bit of TLC, toilet seat could be change.

The bathroom need some renovation (change toilette for example). It's a good hotel for a 1-3 nights stay at the most. The bed is comfortable and the room is average for proprety.

Unfortunately the airconditionning was so noisy. Sadly it was terrible we didn't sleep at all. For the rest wvething was ok.

We arrived here early from a cruise thinking we would not be able to check in early but we’re able to so we were able to relax for the day before our flight home. Room was clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.
