It would be superb if the pool is heated. It wasn’t being fixed as they claimed initially. The breakfast doesn’t taste good. But otherwise it was perfect, so I would still give it a five star review. The rooms are spacious, just like a real apartment. It is clean, quiet, in a good location

Perfect location, right outside you have many choices of restaurants, mainly asian. You have a 24 hr gym and a mall behind you, close to the atm and convenience store. Clean rooms and well equipped. Beds were comfy, fyi the sofa bed is not comfortable, you need some extra duvet or layers on top.
The negatives, only issue was the house cleaning is done once a week. Unless you ask them specifically, considering most people have a short stay. We were the for 14 nights. Had to ask to clean the rooms a couple times and for new towels. But overall a pleasant stay.

overall, it's a nice hotel, with free snacks / beers/ drinks every Monday to Thursday night. however it's an outdated hotel, room seems to be a bit old and needs some repairs during our stay. it's cross street from a mall and a shopping plaza with tons of restaurants nearby.

My boy friend and I really enjoyed the two nights we stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel . The area was quiet very calm had a lot of visit to choose where we can go eat. The people were running friendly. For a first time staying there but really liked we will would definitely book it again.

Great location w/ easy access to highways and shopping/eating options. Good size suites w/ full size equipped kitchens and living space. Parking lot was full in the evenings. Had to park off property. Bathroom exhaust fan was loud. Check-in was uneventful. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was excellent. Small swimming pool. Rooms cleaned only once a week otherwise by request. No elevators for 2nd floor units.

The service staff at the front desk were really nice, the room was really spacious and very clean. I was able to enjoy my stay in peace - no loud people or parties next door, etc.

It was nice. The room was cool and clean, loved the ice maker in the freezer, and the option to BBQ at the pool was awesome. The one thing I wished were better was that they ran out of washcloths and hand towels and a lot of the dryers were broken. Also, I didn't appreciate how I had to pay for laundry soap twice after I was unable to use the first washer I put in.

Perfect room for family of young ones - 2 bedroom/2 bath large living space and kitchen. The value was fantastic for the area. A little outdated, but would stay again. Bed linens were a plus!

It was not good experience in the hotel , they never cleaned the room in 10 days and the restroom got repaired in the middle of our stay after many calls they fixed it and the land line phone is not working to call front desk, the women who cooks the food in the hotel she was very rude towards the customer. We are not happy with stay.

The layout for the Hotel is not like your standard Hotel Room. It was more like an Apartment layout which we liked alot. Also, there Continental Breakfast was different everyday which was inviting and very good. They offered a Social hours with food and drinks to enjoy and mingle or just hang out couple of hours.
I would definitely stay here again!!!
