The Grand Geneva Resort is absolutely amazing! From the moment you arrive, the kind and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The amenities are outstanding—beautiful rooms, an incredible spa, great dining options, and plenty of activities for everyone.
Whether you’re golfing, skiing, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the stunning grounds, there’s something for everyone. The resort perfectly balances relaxation and fun, making it an ideal getaway.
I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

Girls trip and it was fantastic! We enjoyed the running trails, two of the restaurants and the pool. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would prefer to stay on the lake, but this was a great option too.

Grand Geneva excellent place to stay. It is about 5 minutes from Main Street and the lake, but the resort itself has everything you need. Fantastic restaurants and bar, fitness center, 2 golf courses that are very manicured, outdoor walking trail, horseback riding. Will definitely visit again.

The cleaning staff two guys hung out right by the window outside our suite. Very loud. Someone started to vacuum around 8 pm. Other than that the facility was beautiful well manicured landscaping clean inside and out. The staff at the front desk was amazing friendly and inviting. Would definitely return. Thanks team Geneva!!!

Villa needs updating. Carpet in bedrooms stained, not well kept for a four diamond facility.
Restaurant had long waits due to staffing shortages. You pay a ton of money and it’s the same as a regular hotel

Beautiful resort but it needs more lighting. Could have provided more face towels initially and when requested they were brought. Sandra at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Need more people like her working everywhere.

Love it here! Older property but they seem to be slowly renovating the buildings and updating units. We loved the tennis courts, spa, golf range, and outdoor shared fire pits. Bought a s’mores kit from the store. Loved their candy and ice cream selection. Buffet is not worth it especially for kids. Golf club lunch is great. All staff were amazing. We had a regular pickleball group get on our court before our time was up and one woman was verbally rude to my child. The staff comped our tennis time and even went and spoke to the member. She had told us to “go back where we came from.” Unacceptable behavior but we felt the staff handled it well. Our massages were awesome as always, but the hot tub in the women’s locker area was not working. A pump was out. Indoor pool is freezing so you can have it all to yourself. lol. Good for a quick weekend getaway/

We had to go to Waukesha for a business meeting with our customer, so this was a nice laidback place to stay. Very clean and beautiful. Many food options/restaurants. Starbucks off the lobby. Lounge areas everywhere inside and out. Beautiful water/golf course views. Live gentle music in the lounge area off the lobby in the evenings. Several quiet places outside for sitting and relaxing. Rooms were gorgeous and the beds so comfortable. And. CLEAN!

I originally given a third floor room with a parking lot view. I did go back to the desk and another person gave me a room across the hall with a view. The property is beautiful. I did not use the pool, because it was crowded with kids.
Loved the fireworks and the pianist.
I lost my connection to the internet. Some one came up to help. I questioned why it wasn’t a secure connection and told not to worry. (?)
I lost my WiFi connection again that day and my last day. Very disappointed with that.
A new msid came to clean my room early on my last day. She wanted to come in and start cleaning while we were still there. I suspected that she wanted to take the tip that was for the woman, what had cleaned my room each day. (?)

I would definitely stay again. The staff was great, the facility was wonderful. Lots of things to do on this property. Dining was incredible. Some people say it was too expensive, but I always say you get what you pay for. It is all part of the vacation. We had a room with the balcony facing the golf course, I loved to have a glass of wine at night watching the late golfers play.
The only negative thing I would have to say is that in our building the smell was stale, almost like it had been smoked in. The overall look of the property from the outdoors does look a little dated and might need a facelift. The old brown color looks a little depressing, I would go with a little more of a modern, upscale look.
Cant wait to come back again!

It was our first time staying at the Resort. We were impressed by how many chairs were outside for poolside. The room and resort were very clean. Staff was the best! Really enjoyed the fireworks!!
We felt the pricing in the restaurants was a bit steep for a family staying multiple days.
We did not use the Spa facility or the golf course but will check the Spa out the next time we come on New Years Eve. Could use updates in the stair well areas and handrails could be updated, still feels a bit 80's-90s
Loved the large firepit at night after dinner, it was our go to! Thanks for such a fun experience

The hotel lost power for 10 hours. No food, drink or light. The hotel clearly does not have an emergency plan in place because staff were unorganized and unhelpful, mostly standing around doing nothing.

However, we were disappointed the brunch was canceled, which was the sole purpose of our girl’s weekend. You would think a generator would have been available or complementary brunch offered, but no.

The power went out from 9 pm to 6 am. It got really hot and no one from the hotel came around to tell us what was going on. 6 am the fire alarm came on and stayed on

Stayed in an adjoining room across from someone we didn’t know. We could hear everything in their room- especially their alarm that went off at 6am and woke us up when we wanted to sleep in. It proceeded to go off for 30 mins before we called the front desk.

The Grand Geneva Resort was not so grand. The room itself was nice, but we got the party room next to the night club. One would hope for $500 a night we could get sleep after midnight. The staff was not very friendly. And our patio ceiling looked like it was going fall in. Outdated and not worth the money.
