Place was nice , employees were great ! However the room looked like no one has swept the floor in months the room smelled of weed and cigarettes.

This is a renovated super 8, but it’s still a super 8. Everything was clean and updated. Lots of contractors staying there on work trips. Cheap, clean, and on main road. Very convenient location.

The staff lady knocked on the door twice 9am and 10:50am. So rude and too much noise . We were on long road trip . We didn't get good sleep because of the staff .

The stay and customer service was great. Just the bed was too soft for me. I sunk everytime I turned!

This motel was the absolute worst I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t even know where to begin. It was rundown and depressing. There were clearly people living there who were extremely loud. There were four bike wheels and an empty purse outside one of the rooms (obviously stolen). The TV didn’t work. The staff sometimes didn’t speak English. Bathroom was gross. We were stuck there, as the whole town was sold out. Run the other direction. Stay ANYwhere else!

I chose pay at property, however, my card was charged prior to my arrival. When i called to find out what happened, i was told by the front desk that he was checking in all of the reservations so i didnt lose the room. I said i should be charged with my physical card once i arrive as i was 2 hours out. He said it was every hotels policy to charge this way. I said no it's not when you choose pay at property they ahould be checking my id and card because i dont know id aomwone checked in under my name. He kept saying he would cancel my reservation. I told him no we were still coming but i pay at property for security reasons. He charged my card when i did not authorize it and was angry with me. Once i arrived at the hotel my card and id were never checked. I am so angry and will not be staying again.

Rooms were very outdated, smelled like smoke. The shampoo and body wash was empty

Facilities were ok but the noise and activity in and around the hotel was questionable and extremely loud. People in halls and outdoors were very loud at 2am. Have never been in a hotel that was so loud. Fortunately rooms were clean and sufficient.

It was a nice hotel but there were screaming children until well after 11pm. It also sounded like they were running up and down the halls. Did not get a good night's sleep.

Even for a Continental breakfast it was less than expected

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. First off, the lighting was poor, fluorescent, and not connected to a switch. The walls, floors, windows (especially) were filthy. The bathroom had an ineffective shower curtain; shampoo, body wash etc., were empty. And as a kicker, when returning from dinner, the desk clerk called out "be careful be careful" as I was about to step right into dog poop the lobby. A poor woman had already stepped in it. The desk clerk made no effort to place a warning sign or clean it up. After an hour, it was still there. What a disgusting horrible experience. And it was not cheap.

The price was NOT what was listed!!! I paid twice as much!

We reserved our room, and had initially expected to arrive around 6pm. However, we were running QUITE late with an ETA around 10-10:15pm. While on the highway, my wife tried calling just to make sure we still had the room a good hour before arrival, and THAT was not a source of great frustration! After 20 minutes of trying to get this confirmation, we opted to just get there. The evening/night manager in the reception was REALLY nice and we got our key. The room was very enjoyable and clean - recently refurbished was our guess. The bed and pillows were REALLY comfortable and the room was very very quiet. There was complimentary coffee in the room, as well as complimentary breakfast just off of the reception. We highly recommend this Super 8 if you are planning a stay or overnight in Ithaca, and we felt the room rate was within reason.

The price does not match the quality.

The manager was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable. This is a budget motel so it is contracted for affordable housing which means that people hang outside in the parking lot- mostly to smoke. There was never a problem and I never felt uncomfortable, but be aware that it is not the Ritz. Breakfast had the usual fare. Staff were friendly. Price affordable.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was not so clean. During check in there was someone in the lobby that did not appear to be a guest of the hotel and looked like a vagabond. Not what we were expecting

The manager was wonderful and very attentive to providing fresh towels and extra sheet and blankets. Coffee served at breakfast was very good. Water pressure in shower could be better and the Ac unit was a bit loud but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Pulling into Ithaca I didn’t have high hopes. Super 8’s in areas like this tend to be a bit on the neglected side. What a surprise! Great room. Clean. Comfortable. The residents were a bit loud but great overall. Super price.
