The room was fabulous , the front desk staff were friendly , curious and helpful … I would give 5 stars , the only reason I did not was because of the desk manager - her name was Sierra , she was curt , short and rude ! I asked about possibly staying another night , which was fine but for a different rate , I had said in the morning ok well I would let her know within the hour .. and I did call back and say that our plans had changed and we wouldn’t need the room for a third night … she said ok , I thanked her and said I just wanted to let you know as soon as possible so not to hold the room - she chuckled and said yes well it’s a good thing as if you waited any longer we would have charged you regardless … very rude and unprofessional as I had told her I would let her know if we needed the room or not within the hour and I called back less than half hour later … Everything else about the hotel , staff , breakfast and room was fabulous … maybe she was having a bad morning … however , she was plain rude and not pleasant at all ..

It was not accessible: there stairs from the elevator to the entrance and to the front door from the street. We asked the front desk if there was a way to avoid the stairs for our stroller and they said "no." The lack of accessibility contradicts the amenities list — but you could probably leave from the parking garage down the alley if you needed (maybe? didn't try). Hotel was more outdated than I expected but it seemed like parts were renovated. Room was musty, there were some stains on the bench and curtains. The beds and pillows themselves were really comfy and the location was great though.

Loved that there was a patio area on the second floor, just wish it was accessible to all hotel guests.

Good location for exploring city. Helpful staff. Room is spacious, nice terrace for second floor rooms. Very limited number of parking places for the guests. Security deposit is keeping by the hotel rather long time after check out. Breakfast for such level of hotel is very modest, limited choices, not so fresh, omlette is cold, guest needs to heat it in a microwave. Overpriced hotel.

Large, roomy accommodations with mini balcony in the heart of Kelowna. Lots of racing cars, sirens, crying, shouting obscenities (no fault of hotel, just a sign of the times) I must say, there were ear plugs in the bedside drawer! Excellent breakfast with many healthy choices in a big, bright breakfast room. Great hotel!

The hotel was terrific. Location is perfect, room was clean, parking was on site and free. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location to explore the city center and lakeshore, the hotel provides clear information ahead about the free parking.

Generally it was good the only issue was we were not offered any help with our luggages , the parking was at the back of the hotel and we had to get to the underground parking through a narrow entrance and then go up

Close proximity to the marina and restaurants was perfect.

Right downtown to be able to enjoy all of the Kelowna highlights

AC even at the lowest temperature setting did nothing. Room remained at 23 degrees even at night.
