I had a great stay! Nice room, great hot tub, and delicious breakfast.

I only stayed for one night, but the service at the reception desk was warm and friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I got a suite with a jetted tub to relax, and it was very clean and inviting. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness was because there were some french fries in the heater that were Visible. They would’ve been easy to fish out and mostly just made me laugh, but maybe someone else would be more bothered by that. Overall, a really great stay and great value for the spaciousness, comfort and service. And the free brisk breakfast buffet as well! Would definitely return.

Quick check-in and even quicker check-out. Staff were friendly throught my stay. Room was large, with comfy bed, overall very clean. Pool and sauna was available, but didn't check these out. Breakfast was simple, but hearty. Good location. Would definitely return.

My stay with Crystal Inn was an absolute nightmare. Hotel staff was rude and unprofessional, offered to make accommodations to extend my stay and then refused to honor what they had promised, even after I had paid in full immediately for the stay. They provided no reason as to why they refused to allow me to extend as they had previously promised, and then refused to give me a refund. I was forced to check out with no explanation, while they proceeded to keep my money. I will never stay at Crystal Inn again. Save yourself the trouble and stay literally ANYWHERE else. There are far better options all around this area.

This place was fantastic. The rooms were insanely clean, and everyone was super helpful. The sheets and blankets were so soft and comfortable. There's an opportunity to provide more choices in the breakfast, but a hot breakfast is still a great benefit. The location is great for getting anywhere in the city, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The bathroom products could be graduated to more environmentally friendly products, and lotion would have been nice, as dry as it is.

Check in was fine. Desk person was friendly and helpful. Room was surprisingly big (two queens) and a great deal. Breakfast was excellent. I have no complaints.

This hotel cost me an additional $100 for my dog. The site said the hotel was dog friendly not that it was going to cost an additional $100. This was disappointing.

Only bad was didn't tell me until i got there $50 per dog per night!! Ridiculous. Lots of homeless in the parking area especially out back.

It’s an older hotel. My room smelled like great-grandma’s house, there was noise from the halls and loud self-closing doors. The bathroom walls could use a good cleaning and it was dusty in places. I did appreciate that I was given a room that had not had pets as requested due to allergies. The staff were very friendly and breakfast had a good variety. The bed was fine, sheets were older but clean and did NOT smell like chlorine bleach which was great. Overall, it was a good stay for an inexpensive hotel.

Warm and courteous reception. Easy check in process. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet for a good night's rest. Did not try the breakfast since we had an early flight. VIP service was amazing.

Overall stay was great. Bathrooms sinks could have been a bit cleaner. They were not spic and span. I also wish there was lotion provided in the hotel rooms. Breakfast line was also quite long at 8:30am

Breakfast was plentiful, but the only hot food I had was hash browns and they were cold.
