Great staff. Every employee was excellent, they all greeted us, they thanked us for staying with them and truly made us feel welcome. They all deserve 10 stars.

From check-in to checkout everything was great except the lady in the dining room. She needs a little attitude adjustment. Maybe smile at guests and say hi or hello to them as they come in the dining area and make people feel at home. She was just doing her thing and not even greeting us until we greeted her first. Not very welcoming lady.
We love the location of this hotel. Very close to restaurants, mall and groceries. We have to go to Eaton and this place is only about 20 mins away. So convenient.

Super clean, friendly and helpful! There was always a friendly face to lend a hand or offer assistance to anything we needed. Pool and Gym we clean and well stocked. The kiddos love it. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Mostly good but we had a housekeeper come into the room and start making it up at 9:30 even though we didn't need to check out until 11. That was a bit inconvenient.

I liked the personal touch of a note from the housekeeper with a bottle of water. Good size mini fridge, very clean room. Only wish there was an icemaker on the 3rd floor.

Loved this hotel! Super clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Close uber ride to everything. Breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. Going back next weekend and I can’t wait.

The property and room were really nice. Everything was clean and breakfast was great! The only issue I had was the walls and floors were thin so I could hear the neighbors and the people up above.
