Great experience. Perfect hotel

We was very late at night getting there but it was a problem the staff was spot on and ready to help

Very nice hotel. Location isn’t great. Kind of far from sites. Soda was caused “indefinitely, which was a disappointment. That was not stated at booking. Room was very clean and updated. Front t desk staff is a bit edgy, especially if you are attempting g to check in early. As a VIP, did receive late check out so that was nice. Don’t ask to check in early. It’s apparent the management has trained the staff to hold a hard no regardless of situation. 3 pm, period. At 3 pm, the Libby looks like a bunch of homeless refuges waiting to be let into their rooms. Also some confusion with breakfast. Regardless iof what your booking states. It is not included. Go into town for breakfast and enjoy the sunrise and culture of the country. The snacks in the afternoon are a nice touch. Not many good food options later in the evening, so be sure to have your belly filled before arriving back to hotel at night.

Overall it was okay, coffee maker didn’t work. Room lighting was too ambient and dull.

Amazing food, comfortable rooms, and pleasant staff

Nice property. Inside facing rooms were a little noisy in the morning but overall very nice stay and great well appointed rooms.

your hotel was a tour pick up location to get to and from the airport.

The rooms were a nice size for a family of three. The city is in constant construction so you hear banging all the time.

Hotel was very nice inside, room was spacious, though view was the roof... But the roads around the place were one way and some blocked off- made it very hard to get into the parking lot. The biggest challenge is you couldn't walk anywhere from there and so you were a bit trapped for meals and the restaurant was delicious but VERY EXPENSIVE FOR MULTIPLE MEALS.

Electric plugs inconvenient, there are no plugs for phone charging or electric near bed, floor lamp needs replacing, didn’t work. Far from downtown but 1.5 mile walk to Perla. Close to a supermarket. Excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable bed. Pick up location for most tours. Was able to book excursions from hotel. Excellent restaurant and snacks available for purchase around the clock.

Wonderful hotel. Would stay here again. Especially as a solo female traveler. I felt very safe and taken care of.

Overall, this hotel was a disappointment. We were given a room above the lobby and reception area, handicapped accessible, which we did not request. One of the lamps inside was broken, which made the room dim.

Friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet. Parking options are also great. Quite convenient location.

The twin beds are way too soft. You sit on the side and you can fell out of bed easily. The room had no air condition. Need to get a fan from reception.

It was a short 4 day solo trip that was just exceptional.

Very nice hotel (it is called the Grand, after all!) with a spacious room and good, if unusual, bathroom. as of Aug 2024, next door there is some construction work. So it's noisy from about 9 am to 6pm. It's fine at night, though.

Everything was good. Breakfast was unreal. Highly recommend the place.

Lots of steaming hot water coming directly from underground piped into the bathroom. Enjoy the minerals on your skin.

Only negative is we were told that we had breakfast included with Expedia and then had to pay for it as the hotel says it’s not included. Pillows were super comfy and staff was amazing to say the least!

Amazing stay at my new favorite city! Everyone was very nice and accommodating to whatever we asked for!

The hotel is in a great location - easy access from the highway and parking was included. Walkable to downtown sights (within 30 minutes walk). Beautiful lobby and hotel room was spacious with comfortable beds.

The food and service at the restaurant is excellent!

Noisy due to hammering

Booked one night knowing it has easy, free parking, not too far from the central area. We had dinner at the restaurant and had some super delicious dishes including the fresh catch of the day. The servers were very friendly. The only thing not so appealing was the beds not comfortable at all. I ended up using half of the blanket as a mattress top to feel a bit better.

Gregory at the front desk was excellent. He was able to contact our snowmobile tour that was cancelled by the vendor and was able to get us on another tour! Also free plentiful parking.

A smooth check in quickly got interesting when the receptionist gave us a keycard for a room where another guest was already staying. We both had an awkward and confused look as I opened his hotel room. Receptionist apologised and was nice to upgrade us to another room, which was fairly mediocre. Rooms are pretty standard, nothing special but not bad. There’s construction outside the hotel and a lovely banging sound from the drilling that goes on woke us up both mornings during our stay. I’ve stayed here before and that was problem free, but this stay really sucked.

This hotel is about a mile from city center or a 25-40minute walk. Would be nice if they had a shuttle service.
