I have stayed her several, several times 5 times in the last three months. This time I was extremely disappointed. Mosquitoes and sewage smell filled my room. I called to get a new room and was told I would get a call back - never happened. Normally this is a nice hotel and great food and friendly staff. Make sure you book the room in the Business Class area of the hotel. It's newer and no mosquitos.

The spa services never called me back. The property is well maintained and peaceful. I cut down the one star because of no show from the spa services

Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend it! Totally recommend included buffet! You can get breakfast and lunch out of it. It’s pretty amazing! If you’re going to be there for more than a few days, I recommend going to the store city market so 10 minutes away you can grab some drinks and a couple snacks because they’re not really have much options when it comes to that.

Hacienda Jurica takes you back in time, true time machine. Old mexican buildings with a taste of opulence and royalty, like Mexico used to be. Beautiful grounds and well preserved. Nice!!

The property is very nice, clean, and with activities for everyone.
Something that I did not like, is that I asked authorization to hold a small business meeting at the bar (it was completly empty) that involved a liquor tasting; we were going to consume food for the pairing. The bar captain told me that I needed to pay for a corkage fee. We held the meeting in my room. The bar lost the food ticket and it would had looked alive for the duration of the meeting, forty five minutes. Not very smart.

Breakfast buffet had excellent food but service was poor. Had to seek out waiters for initial and follow up items on two consecutive days. Staff was short and running to keep up.

The restaurants don’t have central heating …so they were freezing! My 98 year old aunt had to leave the hotel. It was too cold for her to dine with -4 Celsius inside temperatures!

The property itself is beautiful and well mainained. Service needs improvement. I was not asked to leave a credit card for incidentals. No service for luggage. Only 1 key per room. You have to find the way to your room.
Waiter at the restaurant seemed overwhelmed, it took a long time to get cream for coffee.
The business center has a printer that does not print because it needs a pin # and nobody knows the pin #.
The staff needs to communicate better with the guests. Front desk staff seems aloof.

Beautiful hotel. Feels like a resort with so many open areas. Brunch on weekends is amazing.
