Positive:
-spacious and comfortabele room. We enjoyed with 2 adults and 2 kids.
-outstanding breakfast with delicious complementary a la carte dishes
-high quality restaurants.
-good connections with public transport
To be considered:
- price level is above average
- after early arrival it was mentioned we could come back at 15.00. However when we came back, room was not available. It was solved in a good way by offering complementary drinks in restaurant and after some waiting time we could go to our room.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and great customer service. Very comfy bed and perfectly clean room and bathroom.
My only small issue was the room was very cold and took hours to warm up a little.

Service is awful. Couldn’t find our booking, wasn’t allowed to take our own luggage upstairs but waited nearly an hour to brought to the room. Wasn’t told the bar was reservations only so couldn’t get in. Door man watched us 3 times struggle to get to get through the side door due luggage and wind (the main doors were broken throughout our stair). Bath wouldn’t drain when using the shower and the plug handle was smashed off. Bed has a large wooden frame which you hang your legs on as the rooms are so small, no water in the room on the first time. This struggles to be a 4 star. Go elsewhere, we will be.

amazing location, check in poor, emailed twice in days leading up to arrival to request early check in, got no response. arrived 2 hours before advertised time, told room not ready, came back in an hour, still not ready, had to queue 10 mins before time advised only to be told to come back in 10 minutes. room very clean and comfortable though not nearly as large as pictures suggested

The staff were friendly but the foyer was overrun with guests who lacked courtesy and awareness for others. I realise that is not a fault of the hotel itself or the staff but it did impact our enjoyment of the property.

Absolutely perfect stay. Room was good for 2 people. Bathrobes were nice and fluffy. Room service was quick. All staff went out of their way to help with request. The view from window was really nice especially with the sun. Hotel was so close to everything from the Park, shopping, transportation. So convenient

Very convenient location for Kensington and easy to get into central London. Hotel rooms is of a good standard. Bedroom was comfortable and very quiet.

Amazing service and staff. Was allowed to do early check in upon trying to put our luggage on hold, which was fantastic. Concierge helped schedule airport transport as well. Breakfast was great too! But the location was the cherry on top. Will return and recommend.

The hotel is very inviting and luxurious. Our room and bath were beautiful. Everything was thought of, robes, slippers, plenty of towels and a towel warmer, toiletries, electric kettle, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, water. The hotel is also within walking distance of many of London’s attractions and restaurants. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

Stayed here as a treat for my wife's birthday, she loved it!. The bath was beautiful and clean no mould anywhere, the rooms were spotless and we turned up 2 hours before check in started but they still got us a room straight away. The breakfast was beautiful delivered to our room on time and exactly as requested... Would highly recommend the deluxe room

The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was excellent. Location also great, right next to Kensington Palace. Easy bus ride to Knightsbridge, Victoria and Oxford Street. Love it.

Dirty water came from the bathroom taps. Room was so small it should only have had a single bed in not a double bed

Nice hotel right by Hyde Park our only issue is that the doors don’t have dampeners and the doors were closing all night long and were disturbing to light sleepers. Hopefully that is an easy fix…

The trip was very bad and the reason is due to the reservations by you because the reservation with you does not explain the quality of the room in the case of booking, especially if the reservation is for several rooms, and this is what happened with me, where my trip was with the family, which requires the neighbourhood in the rooms, but what happened is that each rooms on a different floor. For information, the hotel in which you lived contains more than 10 different types of room. You have been contacted and sent complaints, but there was no response to those complaints, which made the trip terrible!

Great hotel at a convenient location, right on High Street Kensington with tons of dining options and supermarkets nearby. Tube station within walking distance. Great location next to the park. Beautiful in the summer.

The Royal Garden is one of our absolute favorite hotels. The rooms are lovely and the staff is always friendly and helpful. impeccable service.
