The fridge in our room hardly worked and had mold inside. The air conditioner was very loud.

Desk clerk uninterested in reported issue. I found two used and still wet washcloths draped over the shower rod. When reported to clerk, he barely acknowledged it and said, “I can come get them if you want” completely missing the issue that housekeeping did a bad job cleaning.

This is an average motel. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The refurbished room definitely showed several short cuts in the work, so it doesn't rate a full 4, but I'd be willing to stay here again.

This hotel was fine for a two night stay. The property is a bit old, but it appeared clean. The young lady at the front desk was very nice.

The staff was wonderful. We had to change room & the front desk man carried ourcooler asthere were no luggage carts available. Seen to all our needs promptly & friendly.

The staff didn't speak English. The bed pillows not comfortable, bath room not enought space, the floors & carpets were dirty.

I stayed in an accessible first floor room. On my final night in the room, I began having an issue with bugs. Large ants and pill bugs showed up. When I alerted the front desk at check out, they were apologetic but did not offer any sort of discount.

My son and I stayed 7 nights. The housekeeping staff was friendly and all the staff was friendly except for the Manager ( I believe Haroon Khagga). On the 6th day, we returned to our room about 8 pm. Went to shower and the towels were not replenished. I asked my son to ask for 2 bath towels while I showered. He was told to go down to the front desk to pick them up and he did. He returned. While wet from my shower he handed me 2 floor towels. My son said that's what he was given. I called down to the front desk to have towels brought up to the room. The manager said they would not do that and to come down to the front desk. I went down to the desk and spoke to the young man behind the counter. He gave me towels. The manager sitting in the back room overheard me saying to the young man, most hotels bring items up when a mistake is made. The manager said verbatim, " Oh shut up and get out of here!" I was applaud. I then said that all I said was that most hotels bring items up to the room. He said again while waving his hand to brush me away, " Oh shut up akd get out of here!" My stay was good until the 6th night insult from the Manager! I will not stay again.

This hotel was a good stay. It was me and my son staying for 2 nights for an ECNL soccer showcase, good location 15 mins from glover park and 15 mins to downtown/Carytown restaurants. I’d recommend The Daily Kitchen for dinner it was great with fantastic service. Mellow Mushroom as well. Also, 5 mins to shopping centers and target. The hotel was room was clean when we arrived and the free hot breakfast was good. Our tub and sink had a hard time draining due to the drain plug not staying open. The refrigerator and microwave both properly worked.

No hot water

Well we had asked for adjoining rooms so we could help with our granddaughter. That did not happen - they did change our rooms so at least we were side by side. Not the best start. The breakfast was not good and the room itself was so crowded there was no room to sit. The attendants were in the doorway every time you went in so you had to step around them to even get to the food. Nor sure if they were making sure you didn't take too much or what. The triangled luggage carts are useless. Maybe that is a standard at BW but everyone had their items falling off the front of the cart. I will think twice before booking at BW again.

Family trip for a graduation ceremony. Hotel is next to other hotels, fast food and regular restaurants. Also gas station. About 15 min drive to UR and VCU. Older hotel, small rooms but overall ok for 2 night stay. Staff were helpful and attentive.
