we didnt get the apartment we booked. The rooms were disgusting and the beds were so hard we couldn't sleep

Worst plsce i have ever stayed

Lovely to have a place where the whole famiky can stay and have our own spaces. Love the spa and pool!

View was nice place was dirty. Broken mirrow on the wall what could cut people. There was poo in the toilet when we checked in. There was no hot water at night time and property manager woildnt answer his phone.next day when je would amswer he phone he said aboit getting part refound and calle back and never did.

I quite liked the location and highly recommended staying there.

The details listed on the expedia app were completed different to what we got when we reached there.

The property was really dated & old. The property could do with a nice modern update. The room felt old, walls and floors need a good clean. There was a random message “your a flop” (poor spelling) written on the ensuite mirror. I’m assuming this was from a previous guest and wasn’t cleaned. There were a few dead bugs in the kitchen basin.

The pools and gym were great. Unfortunately the games room was being renovated. The apartment was dirty on arrival - fans disgusting, fryer was full of grease and not cleaned, half used soaps still in a shower and a chair and curtain rail were broken

The property was good but the apartment kitchen items were in the cupboard dirty bed's were hard and no spare blankets.

No compassion nor compensation for having lost 1st 2 nights accommodation due to road closures. Both nights were slept in the car after flooding despite having confirmed with front desk only hours before expected arrival that roads were open. Overall the room was disgraceful and defines filth. The carpets didn't appear to have ever been cleaned, sharp objects found in them, sticky table and bench tops, torn curtains, teras in lounge, grime stains on chairs, blown light globes throughout including in the range-hood whilst trying to cook on frypans that need to be thrown out and replaced, everything burnt. Ceiling fan in main bedroom didn't work and unbelievably mouse poo found in the main bed. Microwave hadn't been cleaned nor had the oven. Oven tray didn't fit in the oven preventing oven door to close, very little cutlery, broken plastic forks and not even a paid of tongs. I found the previous occupants boarding in a cupboard, glasses found half full of something found in cupboards, broken clothes drier rack, human hair everywhere predominately in bathrooms, washing machine didn't spin properly, boiling hot water from taps, smashed bedroom window. Games room out of action, a lift out of action, sauna out of action, I certainly wouldn't stay in that room again, cleaners needs to be held accountable as does management. Owners should be made aware.

Excellent apartments. Great location. Could see the ocean from my apartment. 1 street back from beach. Staff especially Michael very helpful. Strongly recommended.

An unexpected gem in the heart of surfers paradise

We had the ground floor apartment. It’s a Great size for families, location was perfect for our stay. But unfortunately the up keep of the apartment was very disappointing.

The space of the apartment was fantastic it easily fits 6 people, we only had 5. Beds were comfortable and couch was nice. View was fantastic for the price and the heated pool was great when the temp was around 22 degrees.

Every thing we needed in the apartment and conveniently close to everything

The unit was clean and tidy, the view was great. However, we had a stay of 3 nights for 6 people and they only provided 2 sample size shampoos and body washes which is barely enough for one night. We requested for more and was being told that they only provide starter pack for their guests, we will have to buy it by ourselves if we need more.

Very convenient location, walking distance to SkyPoint and the center of Surfer Paradise.

Great location, but is showing it's age. Staff were very friendly. Close to beach and central Surfers is easy walking distance.

The apartment was spacious modern and clean and a fantastic location

The pool area is immaculate.

The furniture particularly sitting room table kept falling apart, the bathroom was dirty, as were the carpets in the bedrooms. The double bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable and is in need of a new one. The fittings need an upgrade. Such a shame for an apartment that that had a prime site overlooking the coast.

no unlimit wifi very disappointed, hope hotel.com shown free wifi have limit or unlimit for each hotel

We had problems with the appliances and the hotel management were very helpful.

we stayed for 10 nights very good and had some good tours one was very good at o/rileys with the birds

We had a three bedroom apartment for our family. Everything was great. Close to all the amenities.
